• Sarah (5/5): - Big apartment large rooms and bedrooms were big. The bedroom in the living room was ok as it's out of the way. Can connect the owner and she did get the cleaner to carpet wash the carpet. Unfortunately the appointment did smell of dog urine in the corner by the bed in the living. Also the appointment has a shared entrance with another appointment with dogs. The dogs are loud at times. There is a note to let the occupant. Know about the barking and they will try to keep them quiet. The appointment is up a flight of stairs.

• Ann (8/5): - The host was lovely and accomodating even though he doesn't live nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and was comfortable, we had no problem parking. The apartment is advertised as beachfront, I think this is alittle misleading. The add says tea, coffee and milk provided, this wasn't the case (there was coffee but it was really old and a solid clump in the pot). Unfortunately the cleaner lets Charlies down as she is missing things she shouldn't like skirting boards and the doors, there were webs in the kitchen and the bathroom was in need of a bleach.

• Merricks (9/5): Great location, excellent host. - Charlie was an excellent host, we had some problem with the heating on arrival, and he went out of his way to resolve the issues, in the end he moved us to the apartment downstairs, which had everything we needed for our stay. He also gave us recommendation of places to go. would recommend.

Easy to walk to all areas of Skegness attractions, host was easily contactable and explained everything we needed to know. Everything we needed was there. Parked our car down the road, but was able to move to in front of the apartment in the evening.

• Philip (9/5): Great holiday base - We had a lovely stay here — the apartment is in a brilliant location, just a short stroll from the beachfront, amusements, fairground and plenty of food spots. The living room and dining area were really spacious, making it ideal for our family to relax in after busy days out. The host was incredibly conscientious and communicative throughout, checking in before and during the trip which we really appreciated. Overall, it felt welcoming and well looked after, and it was great value for money too. Would definitely recommend as a solid base for anyone looking to enjoy the Skegness seafront. No issues with this stay

• Kerry (6/5): Neighbours let the place down - Location. Spacious. On street parking Facilities Stayed here 2 years ago with no problems. However, the flat next door were very noisy. First night they were loud, playing music until 12:30 at night. Second night from 2:30-3:30am dog was barking, which with the walls being thin sounded like they were in the flat with us. They let their dogs have the run of the communal staircase, barking at you when you come and go
• Lian (10/5): Very comfortable, lovely space and sleeping arrangements, and perfectly placed in skeggy - The beds were so comfy, and there was enough space, there were only 3 of us so we were able to choose the sleeping arrangements that suited us the best, the bed in the living room was handy for having a toddler Not having a bin or and bin bags in the kitchen was a bit off, having to carry individual rubbish or bundle rubbish without a bin bag, down and out to the black bin was a bit impractical

• Chaneal (8/5): Very good - 5 Stars – Excellent Stay at Charlie’s in Skegness! We had a fantastic stay at Charlie’s apartment in Skegness. The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-maintained—perfect for a comfortable family getaway. Charlie was a lovely and thoughtful host. I accidentally left my keys behind, and he rang straight away to let me know, which I really appreciated. The kids absolutely loved it, and we’re already hoping to book again soon. Highly recommend!

• Phillip (10/5): Don't let the entrance put you off this gem - Nice spacious living area and apartment, great location. Out of the owners control I believe but the foyer/entrance stairs could potentially put people off due to the smell. Double bed in the bedrooms slats need fixing to frame.

• Amanda (9/5): Great place. Great location - Good size flat. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The location was perfect for what we needed. Quiet location. Managed to park outside the property. Everywhere was clean enough. Neighbours are nice and helpful.and the owner was only a call away if ever needed. Lovely person. Our 1st concern is the cctv inside the flat. Although we can understand why it's used but it would be more appropriate outside the flat pointed at the door. I misunderstood the listing, I didn't realise it was a flat with stairs leading up to the property. I read the listing as upper floors accessed by stairs, which I thought meant the bedrooms, and with the photo of the outside, I assumed it was a house.my bad! Again with the listing it states 3 bed apartment, but it's a 2 bedroom with a bed in the living room. Didn't cause us problems but for some it could.

Really appreciated Charlie helpful and friendly attitude ... brilliant. There wasn't really anything we didn't like apart from the stairs as we have mobility issues but having said that we would go again !!!

Woke up in the early hours to an affray and both children were terrified. Raised with owner how someone had entered through a locked door' again passive aggressive response. AVOID AT ALL COST!
