• Jason (10/5): - The staff were friendly and the lodge offered a genuine Japanese experience, with tatami mats, futons and an Onsen.

• Angelica (10/5): it was a blast - Place feels so cozy and homey. It is very clean and the owner and staff are very accommodating. The owner even gave us a ride to back to the station when we checked out. There is a free shuttle bus besr the area to and from Togari Onsen Skit Resort. Food is also great! 100/10! Also loved the onsen after whole day of snowboarding. Nothing. everything is great!

• Kiyohara (10/5): 騒がしいい大人のツーリング仲間が寛げた一晩 - ご主人の感じがとてもよかったです。また、メンバーの変更などにも柔軟にご対応いただけ、とても満足しています。ロケーションも、静かでくつろぐために来た目的が十分満たされました。 いろいろと設備が充実知れば良いのかもしれませんが、逆に至れり尽くせり感がありすぎると旅の面白みが欠けてしまうと思いますので、あえてよくなかった点はなかったと思います。

• Stanley (9/5): need to try the soba - helpful host checked us in when we arrived late, and helped with the car as there was heavy snow this is more ignorance on our part, but more guidance on using the baths would be helpful. We did get a briefing from the host at check-in.
• Chris (9/5): Superb - Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Geared towards skiers. Parking when there is a lot of snow is about five min away, but it is free and easy.

• Jordan (10/5): Hospitality that’s hard to beat! Deliscious food that’s easy to eat! - The hospitality of the staff was top tier. The owner was so welcoming and hospitable. He provided lifts to the ski field and even gave us a mini tour of the town so we were orientated and knew where to venture/eat. The food is also really really good, highly recommend eating there for breakfasts and dinners, you’ll get the full experience! The futons were a little bit harder than used to, but after a big day on the slopes a sleep is a sleep..
• Shane (10/5): Exceptional - Group of Australian friends skiing at Nozawa Onsen, our host was such a great guy, drove us to Nozawa Onsen and back every day and helped out with everything, charming place and the Japenese beds are more comfortable than I thought they would be. Already miss the place! All good
