• Ho (8/5): Within expectation. - Spacious, centrally located, comfortable. Fridge is provided so we could chill our drinks. Television is a plus because we could watch some horror movies before sleep. Rosa the host checked on us by text every night to make sure everything is fine.

• Lubna (1/5): Previous Travellers Reviews let us down - Close to Public Transport..The lady was very prompt replying to our WhatsApp enquiries. Everything means the area where the building is located. The entrance of the building. There is no reception area. We stood 7-10 mins after ringing the bell. The Lady appears from somewhere may be from another street and open the main building door. Regarding room, smelly, dirty means no proper cleaning, toilet seat bit wobbly, when taking shower water is draining very slowly. AC doesn't work properly. Very small fridge. We stayed for 3 nights with a regret. Because we booked this facility by looking at reviews where other traveller's have given average 9 so we were unable to understand how this happen. After my review, the lady has contacted me and harassed me which I have reported to Booking.com with supporting evidence.

There is only one other room in the apartment, so it was calm and quiet inside, so we could sleep easily with my daughter. nothing, everything was good. I would stay here again in Naples <3

• Peter (9/5): Great place to stay. - Very efficient and friendly host who took good care of us. She kindly arranged a pick up from the airport which was very helpful. The room was on the small side but very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable indeed. There was complementary water and tea/coffee. Bathroom looked new and was spotless. Good shower. On the second floor, the place felt very safe and secure. As others have said, the street is a bit seedy looking but don’t let that put you off as the apartment is lovely.

• Richard (9/5): Superb - Mahalo was the ideal place to stay. Barely 10 minute walk to the main train station, it was centrally located to many shops and restaurants. Yes, the area is a bit seedy, but hey most city's main stations are not the best kept locations.. Mahalo was nice and big. The private bathroom was ideal and the shared kitchen was always very clean ... The only problem I had was that the shower was a bit too small for myself, as I'm over 6 feet tall.

We stayed six nights to explore Napoli, Amalfi Coast, Vesuv,… after three days the apartment was cleaned and linen changed. Theres a balcony and fridge in the room. The street is perfect to experience real Napoli, we had a blast! :-)

It was very secure and our check-in process was very smooth, we had access to a small kitchen and had a mini fridge in our room. The room also had a balcony with black out blinds, the bed was really comfy too which meant we had a great night’s sleep. Only a 5 min walk from Napoli Centrale too! Would highly recommend for a short stay The surrounding area was a bit intimidating but we had no issues

Rossella is very nice and helpful, we got everything we needed :) The location is practical if you would like to discover the neighborhood (pompei, herculaneum, sorrento, amalfi... Etc) but you really need to watch your belongings while you are walking home.....
• Jayde (9/5): Great sized room near central transport in Naples - The room was enormous and had a balcony which we weren’t expecting! It looked much nicer than the photos here. There was a fridge in the room and A/C. Rosella was super friendly and helpful. There was a small kitchen with coffee machine, hob, and microwave, though not loads of kitchen crockery. It was very easy to get to from the airport. The location was a bit rough and ready. It was just down a small side street from a busy square - I would not have felt super comfortable had I been a solo female traveller but with my partner it was fine.

• Orlando (6/5): Nice but scary at first - The staff was super friendly and attentive, being very communicative and helpful even though not speaking English very proficiently. The place was close to many important things like the central station, Quartieli Spagnoli and Pizzeria da Michelle. When we arrived there was no one to receive us, so we waited for about 30 minutes outside, very tired and full of luggage. The street and surroundings are ugly and a bit scary, specially considering the criminality fame of Napoli. The kitchen/bathroom were shared with another room, which we didn't know, but maybe we missed that information in the description.

• Sally (10/5): Would book this place again - The room was really spacious and comfortable. The bed was big and there is an air conditioning to help with the heat. The room and shower room was very clean and modern. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. She even reminded us to look after our bag and beware of thief. The place was really close to Naples central station and within walkable distance. It was the best found in our trip. It think walls within the building is a bit thin so we could hear other people going up and down the stairs and closing doors if they are noisy. But it was not a big deal for us and could still sleep through the night.
• Chun (8/5): Very good - The room is big and the appartment is close to the train station but you have to walk through a dark alley. Communication is good. It's an okay place to stay if you need to catch a train, otherwise, I would have not used it as a base to explore the city because the closest station is still 10-15 mins walk. It's also a bit expensive compared to other similar types of housing in Napoli.
