• linda (8/5): Our party of 4 enjoyed agreat 3 night stay in a lively, well situated apartment! Would certainly stay again. - A good location, short walk from Paral-ell metro. Easy enough walking to Ramblas, Vella, Estadi Olympic etc. The area felt safe & was well serviced. Lots of tapas & small cafe/bars offering a diverse dining options, all just a few strides from the door. The apartment was well equipped & comfortable. The beds were excellent, an absolute bonus after long days exploring BCN. The apartment has nice touches, umbrellas, rain macs (which we did use) & basic store cupboard seasonings if you’re cooking in. It was a pleasure to pop out & collect fresh bread from the local bakery, grab fresh breakfast or snack items to prepare .. equally there are a couple of delicious cafes nearby.. Billy Brunch is highly recommended. Communication throughout was excellent from host, lists of useful information provided. This property is typical of old BCN buildings with short steepish stairways & no lift. There is no full oven. The interior was a little tired & frayed but nothing of this disturbed our stay.

• Sophia (10/5): Alles war wunderbar. - Es war schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Es war am Esstisch etwas dunkel, was uns allerdings nicht sehr gestört hat, da wir dort nur gefrühstückt haben und sonst viel unterwegs waren. Das Treppenhaus ist recht eng. Wir mussten die buggys hochtragen, da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren. Möglich aber etwas mühsam.

• STEPHANE (8/5): Barcelona, mes un week-end - L'accueil de Sergio était agréable et bienveillant. L'emplacement à proximité du métro Paral-lel permet d'accéder directement à la Sagrada Familia. Le marché de la Boqueria et la place Royale sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Les chambres donnaient sur la rue qui est très bruyante certes dans un quartier animé (Poble Sec) où les bars ferment tard et ensuite la collecte des ordures s'effectue en pleine nuit.
• Letizia (7/5): - La casa è situata in una posizione eccellente per muoversi comodamente a Barcellona: si trova vicino alla metro L3 e a diverse fermate degli autobus. Nei dintorni ci sono numerosi supermercati, ristoranti e bar. I letti sono molto comodi. Nel complesso non è stata una brutta esperienza, ma considerando quanto abbiamo pagato, mi aspettavo maggiore cura nelle rifiniture. La casa è piccola, ma per un soggiorno breve è sufficiente. Tuttavia, il prezzo risulta eccessivo sia per le dimensioni ridotte sia per alcuni dettagli trascurati: la maniglia del bagno quasi staccata, il porta carta igienica instabile, una porta che non si chiude bene e una luce non funzionante in una delle camere. Sono piccole cose, certo, ma incidono sulla percezione della qualità complessiva dell’alloggio e, a mio avviso, dovrebbero riflettersi in un prezzo leggermente più basso.
• Markéta (10/5): Pohodlné ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě. - Ubytování mělo vše potřebné. Když jsme přijeli, v jednom pokoji nefungoval větrák, ale byl vyměněný velmi rychle. Vše bylo v pořádku.

• Verusha (9/5): Superb - Great check in process. The place was exceptionally clean, very comfortable , felt like home away from home. We were very comfortable, and it was close to shops, restaurants , train and taxi stops The stairway entrance is a bit dark and gloomy and difficult, but noticed all the apartments on that street had a similar set up- it was safe though and we got used to it. My suggestion is to provide more towels and toilet paper, there was 1 towel per person for 3 days, and 1 roll of toilet roll for 4 people for 3 days
• Vadim (8/5): Very good - Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Everything for your stay and even more in the apartments and around Second floor with very steep stairs. If you are pregnant or have any disabilities you should look for another place. Mattresses are not for everyone, very soft, I got impression that I sleep in hammock. A/C only in living room. You cannot close door in your bedroom if you want feel ❄️ there
• Middleton (8/5): Great. Would stay again. - Host met us on arrival and walked us through the property, assisted wife and daughter with bags. Accommodation was nice, and comfortable. A lot of information available on the local tourist offers, transportation, etc. Lots of supermarkets and cafes/restaurants nearby.
• Mariana (10/5): Great experience - Great location, close to the sea and central part of Barcelona, on quiet street, good shops and tapas bars nearby. The host Just was very kind and helpful. The flat was clean and cozy, good quality internet. We really recommend it.

• Alex (7/5): Awesome location but needs more investment into confort for the money you pay - The location is awesome. Very close to the tourist attractions and metro station. A lot of food shops nearby and a supermarket. The matress was very uncomfortable, full of springs that you can even visibly see. The window in the small bedroom was not insulated properly so air was coming through when the window was closed. So I got sick for a few days while I was there.

• Vishal (10/5): Excellent place to stay.100 meter from the metro station.I would definitely recommend this place to stay. - Everything was perfect. The property has everything what you required in your daily life. Like umbrella, wine opener, utensils, salt, sugar, ion/ion board. It was amazing to stay there. Only issue it’s without the lift. Second floor. But we can ignore this.
• Shiner54 (7/5): Nothing luxurious but fine for a short visit. - Proximity to Metro and also walking distance to main attractions was reasonable. Plenty of restaurants and tapas bars nearby. Steep narrow stairway to upper floor flat caused difficulties for my wife who has a walking disability. I don't think the accommodation description highlighted this enough.
