• Tanya (1/5): Chaotic, muddled family home, with pushy host, and confusing checkin. - It was not made clear I was staying in someones muddled house. Lots of clutter swept to the side, no doors on rooms and the toilet door was vastly oversized for the frame so did not close. No system for check in other than millions of messages. Fridge full of food. A towel and kids clothing pinned to the front door to block out light. No curtains or shutters in the lounge. Host want to charge 30chf increase for an additional nights stay. Very poor.
