• Didier (8/5): Sejour agréable avec logement pratique et tres bien situé - Compact, pratique, loin de la foule et proche d'une des plages. Clim bienvenue par moment. Ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos de l'annonce ( pas de cour fermée) mais donne directement sur la venelle ( piétonne heureusement). Ristourne promise.. en attente Les matelas tres durs à notre goût.
• james (8/5): An excellently located, clean apartment, an ideal base for a holiday in Lindos - The location of the property is excellent on the edge of Lindos village, just above the main beach and Pallas beach. It's quiet at night and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars. The rooms are basic but that suited me fine, they are clean, the aircon is powerful and is included in the price, there is free wifi and the rooms have a TV with Netflix, YouTube etc. I only had one minor grumble, which was there was only one toilet roll in the small shower/toilet which wasn't really enough for a 9 night stay. A second roll was only supplied on the day before I left. A very minor negative.

Voda z vodovodu nebola pre Nás vhodná na pitie- asi bola pitná ale s čudným zápachom a majiteľka nám neodporúčila ju piť.
• elena (1/5): Very disappointing and unhygienic stay - Nothing honestly We stayed in apartment no. 5, and the conditions were unacceptable. The apartment was not properly cleaned and did not feel hygienic or safe to stay in. There was visible mold in the bathroom, and the smell of mold was strong throughout the apartment. The toilet itself was also not cleaned properly. Communication with the host was very poor and slow. Although they offered to find us another room, each time we went to see it (three times during the same day) it was still not ready or clean. As a result, we lost an entire day trying to resolve this issue without success. Because of the delays and lack of proper communication, we were forced to urgently book alternative accommodation, which was much more expensive. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this apartment until serious improvements are made in cleanliness, hygiene, and communication.
• Helena (4/5): Beyond basic - there is way better places in Lindos. - I really liked the location- it is not far away from the main square and everything is easily accessible by foot- also it was quiet during the night. The host was available for us when we had additional questions and requests, check in and check out was convinient and easy. Small courtyard was cute and nice to sit outside in the evening. There seems to be a problem with the cleaning staff. I stayed for 9 nights and even after 4 days, the bins did not get taken out. I adressed the problem to the host twice and eventually it got taken care of. Clean towels were provided every second day but the apartement was only cleaned after 6 days and in general also a a bit dirty on arrival. Dirty towels did not get removed unless placed outside in the courtyard. One day, our room was left unlocked by the cleaning staff when we returned after a day out which was not very comforting as everyone could have walked in. Our warm water was not working (which wasn‘t a problem for us as it was over 33 degrees each day) but good to keep in mind. The place itself is very minimalistic, the bathroom small as well. I would say the room is a 4/10- you get a place to sleep and to shower but all on a very (beyond) basic level. As this is my fourth time in Lindos, i can confidently say there is way better kept and cleaner places for the same or even less money!

• Guest (7/5): - Skvělá lokalita, super komunikace s hostitelkou. Dobrý poměr ceny a výkonu. Pohodlné postele, ubytování ideální pouze na přespání. Vybavení a čistota kuchyně. Špinavé nádobí a spotřebiče. Stejně tak stav koupelny. Sprchový kout byl velmi malý a ve špatném stavu. Ubytování je spíše vhodnější pro krátké pobyty.
• carla (6/5): Really enjoyed our trip to Lindos 😎 - Location was fantastic . Easy to find with the directions given . Very basic inside . But really good price for time of year . Very near to beach . We asked for some extra pillows that never arrived . The kettle leaked but was replaced quickly once I notified the host The electric trips out if you get any water on the surfaces due to hob . Door quite hard to open at times . But great location , easy to find . Everything we needed close by .

Location is important to us and at the - The location in relation to the beach and the centre of Lindos was great. The cleaner came in everyday and changed the towels and beds. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the shower itself was powerful. The room was very dark and had no outside space at all as it was separate from the other Sunstudios. The shower was mouldy. The lovely lindian bed sadly had cigarette butts between the slats.

• Jenny (7/5): Budget friendly & great location! - Great location, basic rooms with good working aircon. Daily cleaning service, fresh sheets and towels! Courtyard is traditional lindian flooring which is always so charming! The pillows are really bad :( I don't usually want to ever make negative comments but they could do with being upgraded. We also would have expected a comforter or blanket as the single sheet wasn't overly cosy.
• Maria (3/5): not at all what we imagined... - I really liked the location, quite close to the beach and quite calm. The owner was kind to come from Rhodos town to fix a problem we had with the WiFi (our fault, the WiFi worked perfectly). However, she did not answer my messages via Booking related to the studio, and now I understand why! I am only reporting what I have experienced in studio number 5. This studio is dark, with only a tiny window, which opens to the street, and an even smaller one for the bathroom. The studio was dirty on our arrival. We found many cigarette butts close to the bed and many insects (ants and even one cockroach). We had to buy insecticides and use them many times during our stay (one week). The cleaning lady was coming at 10 AM, which was too early for us since we were on holiday! No cleaning later in the day was possible; the cleaning lady could not communicate with us. Fortunately, she understood and gave us at least fresh towels every two days. The facilities are too old. It does not cost too much to replace an old sink with respect to what we have paid, and I suggest the owner do so not to get any more negative reviews. Finally, the images we have seen do not correspond to what we have found.

• Jan (4/5): Disappointed aond overcharged. - Big room I paid for an upgrade to a better room. But it was no better than room next door except had 3beds. The tenant paix less than €300 for a week..I paid €521!for an extra night though i didnt arrive till gone midnight. The shower bath and toilet were decades so old and enamel worn and needed replacing, as was the cooker hob and sink. Mattress very hard and so were pillows which had stains on them. On last day i had to finish packing my cases in the hot courtyard in my pyjamas as i wasnt told i should be out by 11 a.m as guests were coming at 2 p.m, the cleaner arrives at around 9.30 and wanted me out to clean the room, even though id cleaned it myself all week and i.d stripped the beds for her that day myself. She let me have a quick shower, but i had to pack quickly in that heat i went dizzy and almost passed out with an asthma attack and im still ill. My flight wasnt till 23.55 on that night so i had to hang around all day in blistering heat leaving my bags in the Courtyard. The new guests arrived at around 3 and they didnt seem impressed either. I wiuldnt have booked the room had i known. Im annoyed that i paid almost £200 more than the guy in studio 2 when im at genius level discount. It certsinly wasnt worth that money' wasnt even a microwave like in other Lindian studios ive stayed in so i ate out alot costing me more. Im a pensioner so it cost me alot of money. I got a holiday package for less than £500 with Olympic holidays flights transfers included 6yrs ago in st pauls bay. So no it wasnt value for money, no views or roof terrace, just a courtyard with walls to look at. Not impressed i.m afraid and annoyed at how much more i was charged than my neighbour!
• V (7/5): Good - Location, good wifi, close to everything. There is a soap, washing liquid and shower gel in the apartments. ABC supermarket 5 minutes walk. You can find everything for cooking. Just enough room for 2 people. It is just 3 minutes to the centre but it is not in the busy part of the city, so it is very quiet. Also the room is not too hot, in june we slept without air-conditioning. I like everything, it is very good value for money, I cannot complain, only a few things to mention. Nowhere to dry wet towels, bikinis. The taxi will stop you in the centre of the Lindos and you have to find the way with your luggage. We couldn't find it in 1am. I wish i would have more clear instruction and both house numbers.This house has 2 numbers. One is bright and big on the wall and the second is small and dark, the same colour as door. We were given dark number, which was imposible to see. Anyway it was nice to see Lindos after 1 am, it is pretty any time of the day.
