• Andelko (10/5): Ugodan boravak, odlična vrijednost za novac, svakako za preporučiti. - Stan je nov, kompletno opremjen, na dobroj poziciji, iznimno uredan, moderno namješten i ugodan. Ima lijep i prostran balkon-lođu i što je vrlo bitno, vlastito parkirno mjesto u podzemnoj, osiguranoj garaži. Domaćin je bio konstantno dostupan i vrlo ljubazan. Postupak preuzimanja ključa, kao i izlazak iz stana jednostavan. Bez primjedbi.
• Aleksandra (10/5): 🔝 - Zelo mirno. Udobna postelja. Udoben kavč. Udobna kopalnica. Pralni stroj. Pomivalni stroj. Lepa terasa. Definitivno do zdaj najboljše kar sem dobila v Zagrebu + avto je na varnem, blok ima pokrito parkirno mesto - zaradi tega se bom definitivno vrnila. Mogoče kakšna ponev več- za peči jajca. Ampak to je samo ideja.

• Barbka (10/5): - Apartma ima popolnoma vse kar potrebujete za bivanje. Lastnik nas je počakal na lokaciji in bil zelo prijazen. Okolica je v zelo mirnem naselju. Stanovanje ima veliko zunanjo teraso. Vse je čudovito in zelo okusno opremljeno. Priporočam.

• Enis (10/5): - The apartment was very nice and clean; it was well-located, and I had my own parking space, which was easy to access. There wasn't much noise, unlike what you'd typically expect from an apartment complex.

• Klara (10/5): Sve preporuke za smjestaj Iva, od srca! - Odgovarala nam je blizina objekta poliklinici Primamed, nadalje, komoditet i gostoprimstvo domacina je vise nego smo ocekivali. Izlazak u susret ranijeg ulaza je zaista ostavilo snazan dojam na nas. Uredan apartman, cist i prostran za nase potrebe. Sve pohvale i definitivno se ponovno vracamo.

• Pascale (10/5): - Hormis un souci de langue, le propriétaire ne parle que le croate ou l'allemand et nous le français ou l'anglais, tout s'est très bien passé. le propriétaire nous attendait à notre arrivée et avec les applications téléphoniques nous avons réussi à communiquer. l'appartement situé au 4ème étage avec ascenseur était très calme, récent, propre, peut-être un peu loin du centre pour des touristes (beaucoup de voyageurs d'affaire dans cette location), 40mn à pied + tram; ça reste une excellente option pour visiter Zagreb, d'autant que le prix était très compétitif. rien, tout était à notre convenance.

• Dimitris Vasilopoulos (10/5): - Excellent apartment, fully equipped, in a brand new and quiet neighborhood. Underground parking super safe and well protected. Best value for money. Highly recommended if you have a car. Nice landlord, very polite and respectful. Nothing important.
• Nemanja (10/5): If a perfection could be visualised, it would be like this apartment - The apartment was perfect! Clean, modern, in the area with all new buildings. It has literally everything needed for staying there. WiFi is 5G and fast, and I must mention balcony which is very big. Secured parking spot is in underground garage and for me it is one big plus for the apartment. The owner was very kind and respectful, and explained to us everything in details, big respect! I recommend this apartment!

The place was perfect and the host was kind and even though he does not speak English, we managed to communicate effectively in German and a lot of sign language. He also suggested that we could talk with another member of his familly who knew English.

• Irena (3/5): I'll skip this place next time - Nice, new apartment. Everything was new and clean. There was no hot water in the apartment at all during our stay, because of some construction work, which the host told us about when we arrived, assuring us the hot water will arrive in two hours, which was a lie. The host was rude when we brought this to his attention and amongst other, told us that on Booking you have data about accommodation having hot water or not. (?) Anyways, we didn't let this affect our trip, but we'll pass next time we're in town and find a place with relaxing, hot shower with normal and nice host.
• Madzida (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is brand new, which is immediately noticeable as soon as you step inside. The cleanliness of the space is impeccable, and the rooms are extremely spacious, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfortable and high-quality accommodation. The only downside is that construction of buildings in the neighborhood can be heard around 7 in the morning. However, despite this, I still recommend this apartment.

• Judit (9/5): Beautiful apartment - Brand new, clean and cosy flat with a nice double bed and huge balcony. The owner is really flexible, we arrived earlier than expected but he was at the flat quickly. The inner city of Zagreb can be reached easily. The apartment is next to a construction site so it was uncomfortable to wake up at 6.45 to the sound of the cargo lift and machines.
