- Αννα (9/5): ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ ΚΑΤΑΛΥΜΑ - Πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα, τέλειο για δύο ζευγάρια, με όλες τις ανέσεις, φωτεινό, σούπερ μπόνους το parking αν και ήταν πραγματικά δύσκολο να βάλεις ένα λίγο μεγαλύτερο αμάξι. Καλή και κεντρική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο περίφημο τραμ 28 και τόσο κοντά στο κέντρο που αν χρειαζόσουν taxi έδινες 5€ μόνο. Αν περιμένεις δύο ζευγάρια και έχεις δύο μπάνια, δεν γίνεται το ένα μπάνιο να έχει το σαμπουάν και το άλλο το αφρόλουτρο. Επίσης καλό είναι το χαρτί υγείας να μην είναι οριακό, ένα ρολό παραπάνω δεν θα κόστιζε. Επίσης αν ήμασταν μόνο γυναίκες ίσως η γειτονιά μας δυσκόλευε το βράδυ, είδαμε κάποιους μεθυσμένους, κανα-δυο ναρκομανείς κλπ, ιδίως στο πίσω στενό του σπιτιού που ήταν και η έξοδος του parking και οι σκάλες που οδηγούν στον κεντρικό δρόμο με τα τραμ.

Tout est parfait dans ce bel appartement, calme, spacieux, confortable… Avec une place de parking (ce qui est un luxe à Lisbonne)… Allez-y les yeux fermés, cet appartement mérité 10 étoiles. rien

- Celia (4/5): Ubicación decepcionante - El apartamento es muy amplio y bonito. Cocina muy bien equipada y es muy luminoso pero la zona no la recomiendo. El aparcamiento bien pero en una calle muy estrecha y con obras. Si llevas un coche grande tendrás problemas para meterlo. El barrio no nos gustó nada y además, al estar en una zona alta de cuestas, cuando subías por la tarde ya era para no bajar más de la pereza que daba. Por no hablar de la inseguridad que nos daba cruzarnos con drogadictos cada dos por tres. Aunque el apartamento era muy bonito y luminoso con ventanas hasta el suelo el problema es que no había cortinas y enfrente de las habitaciones y los baños había un edificio muy cerca así es que teníamos que tener las persianas bajadas siempre

- Nicola (9/5): Wohnung kann weiter empfohlen werden. Gerne wieder . - Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir konnten schon morgens einchecken. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Kleinere Reparaturarbeiten könnten ausgeführt werden (wackelnder Toilettendeckel); Leichte Schimmelspuren an den Silikonfugen in der Dusche. Sonst war alles sauber !
