• Ashley (9/5): Superb - Neat and clean place. Full supply of utensils and cutlery. All appliances, furniture, rooms very good condition. Safe quiet area Pool was cold
• Abrunete (1/5): Bad - On the day of our arrival, Ann said she will not check us in but her Colleague Riana will check us in and hand over the key. Few minutes after our check in, I got a call from Ann saying the owner, which she claim is in America is not happy because of the amount of people in his house. Saying he is only allowing 6 adults to stay over or occupied the house. My response to Ann was "if the owner is unhappy we are more than happy to leave and find somewhere else to stay." (I have the telephone conversation from my service provider) Ann said she is getting back to me. So I received the call saying everything is sorted and gave me an ultimatum if she receive any complaints she wants us out the next day. I also ask Ann will it be a problem if we are having friends over for a braai, because they're also in Hermanus for the weekend staying at Katinka. Which she said it's fine. Furthermore on our arrival Riana made comments which we were not comfortable with, because we were people of colour we were basically put in some type of box and were judge. She has been nothing but rude and racist. I even mentioned it to Ann on the day of arrival and assured me that was not Riana's intentions and she apologize for her remarks made. After day 7 after breakage fee needs to reflect I have not received any communication back nor the money did not reflect in my account. So I took it upon myself to Email Ann. And this was her response to me Good afternoon The owner has taken the breakage deposit from me. His reason being that there were 13 people in a 6 sleeper on the first night.  (8 adults with children) On 30 March another vehicle with more people arrived and the vehicle never left the house that night. So over Easter there were at one time plus minus18 people in the house. The owner has footage as he has cameras on the outside of the house for security purposes He insisted that I also pay the breakage over to him.
• Madubela (10/5): I would recommend this property any day they deliver beyond expectation. - Great location, beautiful home with clean rooms. The house is breathtaking from the layout, interior decoration furniture and the fully equipped kitchen was a cherry on top. The weekend felt short next time we will l definitely stay for longer the personnel is incredibly helpful. This was one of thee most beautiful and nicest places we stayed in at Hermanus There was absolutely nothing not to like.

• Ngqungula (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was nice There was no backup lights when it's loadshedding, the canddles provided were not so good as were already used .

• Nomala (10/5): Great house - The house alone is beautiful. Very spacious. It is not far from the mall or the beach making it very convenient. Riana was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome.
