• Neisha (8/5): A lovely stay - A beautiful guesthouse just moments from Stintino. The rooms were immaculate and were cleaned daily. The fridge was stocked daily with complimentary water, yoghurt, juice etc which was so appreciated. Stunning views from the balcony. Plenty of parking right out the front. Stintino was just a short 10 minute walk away, with some incredible restaurants (you need to make reservations as they are all very popular). Friendly, accomodating staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.

• Charles (10/5): An ideal location, wonderful views, excellent accommodation & staff & 1st floor balconies, excellent - Bed - super comfy Outdoor area glass walls to keep the rain out were a fantastic bonus. The outdoor balcony was exceptional. Staff superb and the restocking of the room supplies, drinks food etc were not expected but were a very welcome benefit. An excellent place to stay when in Stintino, a 15 min walk to some excellent restaurants, and Restaurant Silvestrino was exceptional, food and service. A error with a pin drop caused a delay and we should have used Booking.coms directions. Unfortunately our arrival coincided with the annual religious festival that delayed us.

L’appartamento era incredibilmente pulito e profumava di fresco ogni giorno; ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato anche la pulizia quotidiana dell’alloggio e la cura del giardino, mantenuto con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Il proprietario era sempre disponibile e ha risposto prontamente a ogni nostra domanda, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Nel complesso si tratta di un luogo tranquillo e piacevole, dove abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero gradevole – possiamo raccomandare l’alloggio senza esitazione. /

• Kim (10/5): Amazing, clean, comfortable, hope to be back one day. - Our Stay at Karamare was not long enough. From the moment we walked in to leaving we loved our stay. It exceeded our expectations. We felt very spoilt. A nice bottle of wine waiting for us I did not expect a room freshen because we were only there for two nights but we came back from driving around and everything was fresh and tidy and even more coffee pods for the espresso machine. Thank you for providing such a fresh, clean space for us to rest our weary heads. Only thing that was missing was a dish cloth to wipe up. We had a bit of sticky jam and coffee rings from mugs that I used toilet paper to wipe up. Oh and plug did not fully close in bathroom sink which made washing a few intimates a little difficult. But hey!!!! Not really a problem.

Een rustige plek, lief dorp en veel kleine strandjes langs de weg. De douche is alleen te bereiken via twee treetjes en is wat aan de kleine kant. Daarnaast was de voorraad wc papier wat krap.

It was super clean (cleaned up everyday), comfortable and the house keeper was really nice. The communication was great. The highlight of the room: the magnificent balcony and view. -

La colazione proposta era a dir poco un insulto in proporzione al prezzo richiesto della camera. 4 piccole marmellate dello stesso gusto impegnativo (solo pera e zenzero), due yogurt solo alla frutta e non bianchi, merendine e succo ace da supermercato che non non comprerei mai! Sembrava un recupero degli avanzi delle altre camere.

Location perfetta sia per il centro di stintino che per la Pelosa. Parcheggio sempre disponibile e terrazza vista mare. Host super disponibile che ci ha fatto un check in super puntuale e il giorno del check out ci ha tenuto fino a sera anche alcune bottiglie di vino che avevamo acquistato in precedenza. Niente

From the moment we arrived, Stanislav's hospitality stood out. He was incredibly accommodating, always available to answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond by recommending a reliable taxi service for our trip to the airport, along with nice restaurants, beaches and places to visit. The room was a delight, featuring a Nespresso machine that added a nice touch of luxury to our mornings. The frequent room cleaning ensured that our space remained spotless, and we were consistently provided with toiletries, fresh towels, and delightful local snacks. The location of Karamare is another highlight. It is within walking distance of some lovely beaches and charming restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area without the need for long commutes. Overall, our stay at Karamare was fantastic, thanks to the combination of excellent service, comfortable amenities, and a prime location. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Stintino, Sardinia.

El anfitrio esta muy atento a que todo este perfecto para tu estanza. Hay maquina espreso y café, leche en la neverita, marmeladas variadas, tostaditas, vino, champagne (con pago extra) copas, etc... Realmente sorprendente. UN 10 Solo hemos pasado una noche.... realmente no le falta nada, es un sitio perfecto

Die Unterkunft war bis in die hinterste Ecke unglaublich sauber, fleckenfrei und alles von bester Qualität! Die Einrichtung äusserst geschmackvoll und überall duftete es herrlich! Die grosszügige und windgeschützte Terrasse mit fleckenfreien (!!) Loungekissen waren ein Traum - wir haben einen herrlichen Abend genossen und alle Kerzen angezündet. Wir bereuen nur 1 Nacht gebucht zu haben und nach 10-tägiger Rundreise in Sardinien haben wir nur 1 Fazit: von Stanislav und dieser privaten Unterkunft sollten sich eigentlich alle privaten Anbieter eine grosse Scheibe abschneiden! Sie war jeden Cent wert. Wir wünschen Karamare nur Gäste die dieses Appartement mit Sorgfalt behandeln, damit noch viele so Freude haben wie wir es hatten!

Ruhige Lage und in der Nähe Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wird sehr sauber gehalten. Ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden und für ein kleines italienisches Frühstück ist auch was da. Paar Autominuten zum Strand La Pelosa. Vermieter hatte für uns auch die notwendigen Strandmatten zum ausleihen. Nichts , uns hat es gut gefallen

• Elio (10/5): Una coccola vicino ad un mare mozzafiato! - Piloto, accogliente, spazioso! È stato per noi il soggiorno perfetto in Sardegna a pochi minuti da una delle spiagge più belle: La Pelosa. Lo staff cordiale e gentile non ci ha fatto mancare niente e ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Nella camera non mancava niente e abbiamo anche trovato la macchina per il cappuccino oltre al caffè. Ci ritorneremo senz’altro per goderci una delle località e spiagge più belle.

• Alexander (7/5): Sauber, toller Ausblick, aber zu teuer - Sehr sauber Zimmer mit wunderschöner, sehr großer Terrasse (Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon). Im Zimmer gab es eine Minibar mit kostenfreien sardischen Produkten, Joghurt, Saft und Wasser. Diese wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Gute Nespresso Maschine mit Milchschäumer. Tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers. Am letzten Tag gab es auch eine Flasche Wein als Geschenk. Es war ruhig und man konnte mit geöffneter Terrassentür schlafen. Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude. Kleines Zimmer ohne Kleiderschrank - man kann lediglich ein paar Sachen im Kombi-Schrank neben den eingebauten Kühlschrank aufhängen. Um das Frühstück muss man sich selbst kümmern. Es gibt fast keine richtig gute Restaurants (laut Bewertungen auf Google) oder Strände in der Nähe. La Pelosa muss man reservieren (oder nach 18 Uhr kommen) und es ist sehr überlaufen. Wir empfinden das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis von der Unterkunft nicht als gerechtfertigt.
