Courtney (10/5): Exceptional - My mother and I stayed at the Brookville which is located in Georgetown, Guyana. We stayed the week for Mashramani 2025. The location was very good, everything was near by supermarkets, restaurants, and there was a pharmacy but a three minute walk away, which was very handy as my mother forgot some of her medications. Our booking went smoothly from arranging our stay with Marcia to meeting our host Yolanda. On arrival we was greeted by the host Yolanda who has excellent customer service skills, nothing was to much trouble for her and she was always just a phone call away when needed. We stayed in the top floor apartment which had a balcony. It was so delightful. waking up in the morning and sitting outside with a cup of tea and having your breakfast, with a cool breeze. Brookville felt like home away from home. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the utensils that you should need for your stay, absolutely everything. There was Bottled water which lasted us for the duration of our stay along with complimentary tea and coffee. In the bathroom there was complimentary soap, toiletries and extra towels. The bedrooms are very big, clean & tidy. with AC. The beds are very comfortable. My mother and I felt absolutely safe during our stay at Brookville, we had an absolutely unforgettable say. Thank you Marcia and Yolanda we will definitely be returning.
