• Graham (3/5): Just OK after all the problems associared with the unmanned desk - It is a 1 star hotel and that is what you get though probably it should be 1/2 star. We were running late and asked for the hotel desk to stay open a few minutes fter 6 PM (that's right, the desk locked up by 6 PM} He said he'd send text about how to access the room and keys which he did and it arrived at 12.45 PM on the next day. He said Booking.com would send an email with what we should do. none arrived. There was no response to a telephone call at 5.45 so we assume he had gone home. Luckily a passerby saw our need (it had .before) and phoned the emergency number and we got in. There was no way we coud get any information at the desk as it was never open when we needed it

• Lawrence (10/5): Hotel Leone didn't disappoint. - We liked the location, clean facilities, quiet room, lots of hot water. The weather was very cool, so we were glad the hotel heating made the room cozy warm. Everything was fine.

• Jinsun (2/5): . - location and the staff's response were good The bathroom was clean, but the room was too dirty. There was dust everywhere. table, mirror, and cups, so I couldn't use the warmer even if it was cold. Also, it's not soundproof at all. I don't want to visit again.

• Spartangabe (9/5): Superb - Leone has a perfect location next to Termini station. For it's price it's perfect for weekend trips, everything is close by for tourist and the staff is friendly and helpful. It was totally worth it's price!

Wall of the shower wasn't tight and water was spilling a little bit on the floor. We haven't got any plates and knives too, neither in room nor in the part of the common.

• Willis (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were friendly and gave helpful advice (told us the best way to get to the airport was a shuttle for 6 Euro). The apartment was quiet and have everything we needed. The location was very close to the train station! Would stay again.

• Vincent220 (6/5): Easy reachable and practical - The place and the price. Very central, close to all transportations. Surprising because at the second floor of an appartment building. No problem with anything except the poor sound insulation (normal because the rooms belonged to one flat).

There was evidence of black mould in the bathroom which had a musty smell. Some building works started in the morning and sounds echo through the building quite a lot.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Location is great, good value for money, I'd stay again for short term stays. - The location is great; just a couple minutes away from walking to Roma Termini, the bathroom is also such a great commodity, and the check in-check out was super easy. The bedsheets/cushions had some weird stains, and the bed was a bit stiff
• Tess (8/5): We loved it - The location is amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. We loved our room with the little balcony. It was spacious and had all the necessities we could think of. We also used the coffee machine in the common area very often (a good coffee costs €0,50). The Trevi fountain and the Colosseum are in walking distance, about 18 minutes. The beautiful Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore not even 5 minutes away. The Termini station was around the corner. Lots of good bakeries and restaurants close by. The matrass should be replaced.

• Dawn (10/5): A pleasant stay in the Eternal City: ROME! - Hotel Leone is a comfortable and clean budget hotel with easy access for arrival by train. The rooms are spacious and quiet. It has all the essentials for a stay in Rome. The brothers who run the hotel are available for suggestions about the area. We stayed here in 2017, and were pleased to return to Hotel Leone in January 2023. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Rome.

Great accomodation for the value of money, spatious room and air conditioner for hot and also cold days, used as heating system. We heard every move from the main hall, it was a bit disturbing
