• Gabriele (4/5): - Die Fotos stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Das Apartment ist schon etwas abgewohnt. Wenn die Klimaanlage läuft, kann man auf dem Balkon nicht sitzen, weil die Abluft den Balkon aufheizt. Im Haus waren Bautätigkeiten im Hausflur, so dass man sich Untertags überhaupt nicht weder im Apartment noch auf dem Balkon aufhalten konnte. Es war einfach höllisch laut. Für den Preis - vollkommen überteuert. Man hätte uns vorher darauf hinweisen können oder den Preis reduzieren oder ein kleines Extra geben.
• Patricia (10/5): Perfekte Lage in Marigot mit traumhaftem Meerblick! - Fantastische Lage direkt am Strand und in wenigen Minuten fussläufig in der Stadt. Frei verfügbare Parkplätze im direkter Nähe. Herrlicher, direkter Meerblick vom Balkon und auch aus dem Bett.:) Wir würden das Apparzment jederzeit wieder bichen! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Liebe zum Detail.
• Thierry (10/5): Une belle adresse avec une charmante propriétaire - La vue magnifique du balcon, l’emplacement proche de la ville et des restaurants, l’accueil de la propriétaire et tous ses bons conseils avec un book très bien fait. Franchement top, je recommande ! Rien à dire, tout était parfait. Juste un petit conseil, attention en sortant de la douche dans la salle de bain, le sol est très glissant, je suis tombé mais ouf sans gravité 😁

• Eva (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft mit großartigem Blick - Phantastische Lage direkt am Meer mit Strandzugang und trotzdem nicht weit vom Hafen. Super Aussicht über die gesamte Bucht vom Balkon. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Wir hatten leider nur eine Nacht. Es gab in der Nacht und am Morgen kein Wasser. Das ist wohl in ganz Margot so, aber es wäre besser gewesen, wenn wir das vorab gewusst hätten.

• Gretchen (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and were not ready to leave! - The location was wonderful! It was easy walking distance to restauants, shops and the marina with beautiful views overlooking the beach. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and responded to all questions very quickly. I would very much like to return! The television settings were only in French. It is a simple matter and really didn't effect us as we were not there to just watch TV!

• Pauline (7/5): A comfortable night or weekend stay for those wishing to explore Marigot. Lovely pool and stellar location. - The location on the ocean was great. Simple 10 minute walk all for groceries, restaurants, market etc. Great for exploring Marigot. Ours was just a one night stay so it met our needs. There were sufficient dishes and cutlery, but only two juice size glasses other than wine glasses.

• Mery (7/5): Comodo - La host una genia! Nos tiro mucha informacion de que hacer en Sint Marteen y por donde caminar. Inlcuso nos BUSCO por el puerto y nos llevo a la propiedad. Nos quedamos una sola noche! No hay mucho para comentar sobre lo que no nos gusto.

• Larry (9/5): A well appointed flat with a great view overlooking the bay. - A studio flat with a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchenette had everything that was required. Comfortable bed. Great location. An easy walk to town. Our host, Juliette, was extremely helpful. Everything fine.

• Charles (10/5): Superbe séjour dans un grand studio agréable - Appartement spacieux et très lumineux, très agréable et bien équipé, emplacement idéal. Lit très confortable et ménage irréprochable ! La terrasse est grande et la vue superbe. La seule chose qui m'a manquée était un ouvre-bouteille dans la cuisine mais un gentil voisin m'a dépanné.

• Darren (8/5): We would definitely stay here again - The property was well suited for our needs. The pool location right on the ocean was nice. The sea view from the balcony was definitely an added bonus! Most importantly, the bed was comfortable. Large walk in shower was excellent Although the pool area was nice, some of the lounge chairs were broken. A small inconvenience, but an easy fix.
• Sherri (10/5): Convenient oceanside studio apartment that is clean and close to restaurants and ferry. - The place was within short walking distance to many restaurants and the ferry. We loved to leave the slider open to hear the ocean. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It was safe and the host helped us to get a taxi. Thank you! The mattress had a plastic cover and made sleeping a bit hot and wasn't really comfortable. There were some small ants noted along the outside wall.

The people in the same apartments are all very friendly. The view is great. The room has a little bit smelly
