- Conor (8/5): Super location, comfortable house, lovely host! - Loved the location. The welcome pack was appreciated by all (our young nephews particularly liked the Easter eggs!). Very comfortable house, lots of room. Had everything we needed. Bath is in need of an update and the shower screen leaked water onto the floor.
- Chloe (10/5): -
- Deborah (10/5): - Lovely view, had everything we needed as a family.
- Nichola (9/5): The weather during our break was not great, but this did not stop us enjoying Micona! Thanks - We had a super stay at Micona, it is a comfortable, doggy friendly house, with easy access to Newcastle and Donard park. The host was very responsive to any queries and all information was accurate. We loved the fire and views (when it wasn't raining) across the bay. Also within a couple of minutes walk to the Granite Trail or the Harbour Bar, there is a small shop down the steps in front of the house, but found the new Lidl to be very handy We enjoyed it all
- Deborah (9/5): - Had a lovely time great location and the host was very friendly and helpful will definitely be back The shower wasn't great

- monietta (9/5): Stunning Views, Amazing Host. - All one level but rooms separated well, perfect for the dogs. Every thing u need to cook with utensils and appliances. The place smelt nice with oils and candles. Some nice smelly cleaning sprays. Comfortable beds. Easy to work heating. The views were outstanding, literally 3 min walk to a beautiful walk-in the forest with the waterfalls and pools. we had left the fire stick and it was sent out to our address within a few days. Truly grateful for that. Cannot wait to go back and stay again. The host had bought a birthday cake for my husband which was a lovely touch. Basket with treats for the kids. Made it very personal, can't thank u enough for our stay. The only thing I wud say would be the replacement of the lino in the kitchen. With having 2 dogs one being a puppy we had to cover where it was lifting with the mop bucket and mop just to prevent the pup pulling it up. Very Minor but just to prevent further destruction.
- McDermott (9/5): Micona๐๐ผ - Great location, slightly out of town but not too far. We were cold upon arrival (end of October) but got the heating on and the stove lit, it soon got cosy. The house is spacious and has modern appliances in the kitchen.
Beautiful view and dog friendly, 3 minutes walk to the harbour and Glen river waterfall (do not miss).. We had to look for the heating switch. The lino in the kitchen needs replacing and has no blinds . The stove in the living room has no companion set.
- Rina (9/5): Welcoming, comfortable home away from home with a great location to explore the area. - The host gave us detailed instructions and very helpful landmarks in finding the property; later on met us personally to make sure we were settled in and answer any questions we may have had. Anna was friendly and able to recommend trails near by or dog friendly restaurants in town. The beds were super comfy, firm and warm. Kitchen was well equipped for our self-catering needs, cleaning supplies to keep things tidy as well a few small treats to welcome us. The heating of the entire home was fast and efficient. We really appreciated the enclosed front yard with grass and gravel tiers. If you have a dog that can jump, there may be an issue however our large golden retriever is ignorant of clearing fences so we were fine and she enjoyed being able to relax outside or people watch just like it was her own home. Being an older home and living in an older home ourselves, the property felt comfortable and familiar to us. Thank you so much for being as dog-friendly as you are, it really made a difference being able to stay someplace that could accommodate a dog, let alone a large breed.

- Barry (10/5): - Excellent location, house was perfect and the host was a pleasure to deal with.
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - Host was exceptionally kind. My little one who had autism was poorly before we arrived and the host was very kind and accommodating and even rang me to check up on us and my son and left us a little box of welcome treats. I would definitely recommend this place and most definitely will be staying again in the future.
