- FEDERICA (7/5): Comodo ai Sassi - L'alloggio è perfetto per visitare Matera, molto vicino ai servizi e ai Sassi. La zona dove c'è il bagno e la cucina rimane fredda. C'è un calorifero a disposizione ma non basta per scaldare. Inoltre sempre la cucina andrebbe un po' rifornita.
- MARIA VITTORIA (7/5): - La posizione è molto comoda per i sassi di Matera. Proprietario disponibile. Molto facile e comodo il check-in. La parte dell'appartamento dove è disposta la cucina in questo periodo dell'anno è molto fredda e quindi inutilizzabile. Era presente una piccola stufa ma con un filo molto corto e quindi pressoché inutilizzabile.
- S_12 (7/5): - Posizione, alcuni arredi curati (1 stanza) Cucina improponibile, colazione scarsa/insufficiente, scaldino bagno rotto (sostituito gentilmente il secondo giorno) , doghe di 1 letto rotte, mancanza armadi per riporre vestiti, cuscino scomodo. Consigliato solo per soggiorno di 1 notte
- Giorgio (4/5): struttura non valida per 5 persone. - posizione. in 10 minuti a piedi si è al centro città prenotato per 5 persone come da annuncio sulla camera ma: 1) divano letto 2 persone scomodissimo (barre di ferro della struttura che si sentono sulla schiena. 2) Piano cottura non presente (da tirar fuori dalla scatola una piastra a induzione). 3) presentata come due stanze (una camera da letto e soggiorno con divano letto), invece è una unica stanza con un basso muro divisorio. 4) manca riscaldamento in cucinino e soprattutto in bagno e in inverno non è proprio l'ideale. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare in strada per la consegna dei codici di entrata nonostante avessimo dato orario di arrivo (rispettato al minuto).

- sabrina (10/5): - Logement en rez de chaussée spacieux, confortable, propre et bien décoré. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Le parking public gratuit nous a été bien utile . Cuisinette parfaite pour un petit dej ou préparer une salade.

- Lay (10/5): Exceptional - I like everything in this apartment. Very cozy and clean, especially the bathroom. Compliments to the cleaning in charge.
- Yolanda (9/5): Superb - Ultimo Casale was a tastefully renovated, spacious apartment within walking distance of the Sassi Caveosi. Communication with the owner was always prompt and courteous. Not much space for making a coffee and the only running water was in the bathroom.
