• Fiorella (7/5): - Cumple si lo que buscas es tener un lugar donde dormir y con buena ubicación. Si buscas algo más (baño que funcione, buen servicio, comodidad), saldras decepcionado. El check in se realizo a traves de una llamada, se sube por una escalera que si estas con valijas NO recomiendo. Tuvimos inconvenientes para estirar la cadena del inodoro, el hombre tuvo que dar como un tutorial de cómo estirarla (apretarlo con fuerza, luego presionar 2-3 veces, esperar un tiempo y alli funcionaba??!!). Nos dijeron por llamada el monto que debiamos pagar para la tasa turistica, a la hora del check out quise confirmar el monto por mensaje y ya nunca mas contestaron, tampoco nos dieron ni un tipo de comprobante.

• Antonio (8/5): Buon rapporto costo/efficacia. Pochi contatti con lo staff, ma non ce n’è stato bisogno. Tutto ben organizzato e fun - Posizione. Ottima. Centralissima, attrazioni, monumenti e servizi distanti massimo 15’ a piedi. Tutto il resto comodamente raggiungibile con la metropolitana. Due fermate a pochi passi dalla struttura. Non c’è alcun bisogno di autovettura propria. Rumorosa. Si affaccia sul centralissimo e dunque trafficato corso Umberto.

• Natálie (9/5): - Naprosto perfektní lokalita! Ubytování bylo čisté a pěkné. Bezkontaktni check-in. Ocenila bych nějakou hrubší pokrývku než jen prostěradlo na přikrytí , v březnu je ještě zima, ale chápu, že to tady není zvykem.

• Francesco (8/5): Soggiorno breve a Napoli - Si trova in ottima posizione, tra stazione centrale, centro storico Castel nuovo e quartieri spagnoli. L’hotel è di quelli di tipo smart e lo staff è stato preciso nel fornire le indicazioni per accedere alla stanza. La stanza è confortevole. Giusto da notare che non c’è l’ascensorista, comunque le camere sono al primo piano.

Within walking distance for both. The room is a bit small. 3 single bed requested for 3 adult and the beds are almost attached to each other.

L'appartamento è pulito, profumato e ben tenuto, con un letto perfetto. Consiglierei questo soggiorno a chiunque visiti Napoli. • Angela (5/5): Carino - Posizione ottimale se si vuole vedere Napoli a piedi o spostandosi in Metropolitana. Pulito nella media Struttura carina in un palazzo che non aveva nulla di carino . C’era la macchinetta del caffè ma Mancavano le capsule .

• Matteo (6/5): - La posizione della struttura a due passi dalla metro, sicuramente un ottimo vantaggio in termini di tempistiche. É anche molto centrale rispetto ai punti nevralgici della città, e alla stazione centrale per poter eventualmente spostarsi fuori cittá. L’host, mai visto di persona, é sempre stato comunque molto gentile telefonicamente. La stanza é troppo piccola, specie il bagno che per una persona alta (nemmeno troppo, io sono 1,85) é veramente piccolissimo. Il soffione della doccia era rotto, faceva uscire l’acqua in maniera discontinua, così come lo sciacquone del wc. Il sapone e il docciaschiuma é fornito in bustine monouso, che nel 2025 oltre a essere scomodissime sono anche un colpo al cuore per l’ambiente. Lo scopettone pulisci wc andrebbe cambiato dopo un certo numero di ospiti, o per lo meno pulito accuratamente, usarlo vedendo materiale di altri ospiti non é sicuramente il massimo. Il materasso é veramente molto scomodo, e le lenzuola (di probabile bassa qualità) in questo periodo di caldo, non fanno traspirare, rendendo le notti molto complicate. C’é un condizionatore all’interno della stanza, ma verificandone la pulizia tramite l’inserimento di un dito, risultava essere completamente nero, probabilmente i filtri non sono mai stati puliti/cambiati, risultando così nocivo per la salute.

• Boadi (8/5): - Soggiorno molto piacevole! Il B&B è accogliente, carino e ben tenuto, con tutto il necessario per stare comodi. La posizione è davvero comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona, ben collegata e tranquilla. L’ambiente è rilassante e i gestori sono stati cordiali e disponibili. In generale una buona esperienza, che consiglierei a chi cerca un posto semplice ma curato in una posizione strategica.

• Andreas (8/5): I would definitely choose it again! - For the conference I was attending at the university it is an excellent location since it is just across the street from the main building. For what I needed it more than met my expectations since I did not spend much time in the room. It is nicely decorated, naturally cool and it also offers a very effective air condition (for those who visit during summer). There is also an espresso machine with capsules which I liked very much. It is very close to a metro station and very close to many places where you can eat or have a drink. I would rate it 8.5 if there was such an option. The table should be fixed, since it is not horizontal and not very stable. I was the only one using the room and the mattresses were very comfortable and I had a great sleep, but the beds are two single ones next to each other and not exactly even (I guess in case there is need for two separate single beds) and slide easily on the floor. I expect it would not be very comfortable for a couple. Perhaps it is different at other rooms. There is noise from cars driving by since the building is facing a relatively busy street.
• Ioana (9/5): Nice stay in Naples - The room is large, nicely decorated, with a perfect location. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The location is safe, central, easy to walk to different parts of the city. Definitely recommended. The WhatsApp/booking communication was a little bumpy. The owner switched off the phone the morning of the arrival, right after asking about the time of arrival. We arrived earlier and eventually there was someone to let us in, everything turned out to be very good.
• Matej (10/5): Superb staying in wonderful Napoli - Everything great from start to end. Room is like on pictures, nice, cosy and very clean, including bathroom - felt like at home. Check-in went smooth and like it was arranged via whatsapp, host was super nice and helpful all the time. The location is superb for exploring Napoli centre by foot (Spanish quarter, Spiaccanapoli, De Michelis,...), if you want, there's a public transport nearby. Plus is local caffe bar right down the room and little balcony is great for first glimpse of the city vibe. Great choice and top value for money. .

• Gezim (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very pleasant and clean. The neighborhood felt safe, and everything was within walking distance – main attractions, shops, and restaurants were all nearby. We especially enjoyed the small, lovely balcony with a street view – it was a great spot to relax and watch the city go by. The host was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
• Jovan (7/5): Good - Location was great, host was great. We had issue with shower but it was fixed day after. In general seems that accommodation in Naples is not on very high level. The biggest issue is the fact that sound isolation between rooms is almost does not exist. Cupboard was placed in place where room door was used to be and you feel like someone is in the room.
• Anna (9/5): Comfy beds, spacious, good coffee and nice host :) - Bed was nice and comfortable, and there was lots of space for us to put our luggage/suitcases. The coffee in the morning was delicious, and I could tell that the host really tried their best to be accommodating, which we really appreciated. The host let us stay much past the check-out time for free of charge!! (which was really amazing because I hadn't been feeling well day.) Not much to say here! I found some of the communication was confusing, and I wish there had been more instructions about how to set up the heat and such. We had a few problems with the wifi, and hot water, but they ended up getting fixed within an hour, which was great! So yeah, other than that, the stay was lovely 😊

I wasn’t aware of the stairs. If you have heavy luggages, be prepared to climb two sets of stairs. Luckily for me, the owner was there to help me up the stairs with my luggage. He was very hospitable.

• David (2/5): A lack of details and maybe some misrepresentation in this booking.com listing. - Price Had to wait almost 15 minutes in a semi-alley to be let in. When the host showed up she barely acknowledged us. The shower head fell off as soon as I turned it on. Probably loose from everyone adjusting it to deflect the water away while getting it hot. We were given breakfast coupons for a nearby coffee shop that we were told would be open so we could go there at 8am before our 9am ride to the airport. It wasn’t open until almost 8:30. We needed a key to get out which makes it a little awkward to leave the key in the room. The toilets in both rooms barely flushed. Unlike every other hotel/Airbnb we stayed in for 7 days the host did NOT make copies of our passports for the local police but she did collect the 12 euro city tax… which likely went into her pocket. Also… it should have been mentioned in the booking that the city tax had to be paid in cash. This was the last night of our stay and we were lucky to have just enough cash to cover it.
