• Norizan (9/5): Would come here to stay again. - Location was excellent for the activities we wanted to do. Access to food was easy. Gary was friendly and helpful. Bed was firm and room was very clean with strong shower. Loved that they provided a fan in the room and the window could be opened. Loved that they provided mineral water and topped it up. Also provided 3 in 1 coffee and maggi cup for free. Very comfortable stay. Having a lift would have been good and including a small folding chair would have been good too.

• Roz (10/5): - I like the location, my room was overlooking the Chinese Fisherman Village and the river. Saw birds, monkeys from afar, and boats went in and out for fishing. The owner/ manager/ caretaker (Mr. CK Khor) was so helpful, friendly & pleasant. He assisted us in so many ways that he could. A slight smell of fish, seafood here and there, considering there are boats at the jetty, the hotel is quite close to fishmongers area... but that's OK for me most of the time.

• NOR AZLIN (8/5): Reinvigorating trip - The window of the room, can see the river partly. Not the hotel though, just the surrounding neighborhood

• Noorazma (9/5): Pleasant - Spotless clean, new facility, modern design. Comfy bed, spacious room. Near the jetty - walking distance. Responsive and friendly host. Khor shared many useful suggestions since there are limited information about Kuala Sepetang online. View from the room, 180° - from the jetty up to the eagle feeding points. My special requests were attended. Mineral water (Spritzer 1L x 2 bottles) with instant cup noodles were complimentary - thoughtful. Note: 3 floors and lift is available. The owner took the previous customer's feedback seriously. The room was warm even though the AC settings adjusted to 16°C, perhaps due to the heat from sunset hardly subsided. Khor has mentioned this upfront and there is a standing fan provided. The smoke smells from the neighbourhood area caused me hard to sleep - my nose is sensitive to any smokes. The temporary reception area was locked and nobody was there, no signage on the door. The official reception area being upgraded and reno is underway. Had to walk up to the restaurant and ask around. The check-out process was also not straightforward due to this but Khor is responsive. Room price is considered expensive if I were to compare with Klang Valley or Penang but there were not many options.

Ficámos apenas uma noite mas recomendamos uma estadia de 2 para viver com mais intensidade ainda este local excepcional

• Ivonnia (8/5): beautiful & relaxing place to stay. - The lift was not ready for operation, so we had to climb up to the unit for our stay. Having elderly in the group, immediately, the management arranged and helped to provide stools on every floor, so that if the elderly is tired, they can sit and rest before moving up. And just before we left, they found that we had a jacket left in the room and quickly, they called and brought it over to us. Its a very friendly, very clean, neat and tidy hotel stay. Everyone looks friendly and helpful. And we had a good and peaceful view from the balcony. highly recommend this place to stay over. it would be perfect if the lift was in operation.

• John (10/5): Would highly recommend staying at Crosview and embracing Kuala Sepatang - The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the hustle and bustle of the fishermen and so much wild life. The owner CK was so attentive and helpful. Organising our boat trips and his restaurant underneath prepared a meal for us that was ready when we returned from the firefly boat trip Loved wandering around the small town and talking to the locals. The roti cheni breakfast was especially good. A wonderful 2 days.
• Melissa (9/5): Love the ‘River-Kampung-feel’ ambiance, will definitely come back! Good Host too! - Mr Khor were very friendly, warm, resourceful, helpfull. It was a new place and you get basic amenities, just nice for 1x night stay. You also get 2x bottles of water, 2x cup noodles (which i think was a good touch, for supper or late night snack), and 2x 3-in-1 coffee sachets. No fridge but i think Its ok. In future they might add that in i guess. Our room was on level 3, we had to take the stairs coz they are still building the elevator. Mr Khor did ask If we wanted the lower or Upper level and that we have to take stairs for now, it was ok for us. Good that Mr Khor inform earlier. So no surprises. For Seafood Restaurant (no pork, no lard), we have Option either the Kong Kau (eagle head Restaurant) or the Port Weld on either side of Crosview. Rasa Sayang Restaurant which is in the same building as Crosview How ever serve pork, so basically you do have options. And theres also a few Mee Udang stalls you can try out. Within walking distance you can take your family to try out the boat ride at the River, go watch fire flies at night, or Feed the eagles, or check out the Charcoals Factory or visit mangrove Forest.

Provided coffee and MAGGI cup😁& also basic toiletries👍👍 A bit pricey but worth the stay. Owner was friendly & gave few suggestions regarding nearby attractions! Riverside view was very relaxing & beautiful! No lift!
• Arividya (10/5): Stay here for an authentic village-life experience - The view from the room is superb. The surrounding area is a quaint little fishing village, which is quite charming. The river cruise is quite nice too. We were especially happy with the guy at the reception (probably the owner), CK Khor, for all his hospitality. He gave us a room on the lower floor, upon our request (the premise has no lift), and gave us a lot of good tips for sightseeing. He was very warm and friendly, always making sure that our stay was pleasant. The restaurant below the hotel, Rasa Sayang Seafood Restaurant, is simply fantastic. The water pressure in the shower was a bit slow, but still okay.

• Lee (10/5): Comfort and Healing - There is finally a new hotel in sepateng. I would recommend the river view room. The scenery is beautiful. Watching the fishing boats coming in and out, and the swallows and eagles flying in the sky was very healing. Overall hotel is very clean and new. It has everything that the hotel has. The price was very reasonable. TV setting is the latest, with youtube and Netflix. Hotel owner was very enthusiastic and good service. Rasa Sayang seafood restaurant was downstairs, sepateng wet market can be walked to, which is very convenient.

I would recommend travellers to stay at this hotel as it is clean. None at all.
