Видно, что проект развивается, в некоторых местах ещё продолжаются работы и есть что улучшать, но ту отзывчивость и оперативность, которую нам предоставили, это полностью компенсирует. Люди действительно стараются и хорошо занимаются своим делом. У нас была ситуация, что мы приехали намного раньше времени заселения, и, к счастью, апартаменты были свободны. Нас без проблем пустили отдохнуть, за что отдельное спасибо. Позже пришла женщина и очень хорошо убрала апартаменты — мы ей очень благодарны. Отдельно хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала и охраны. Если вы хотите почувствовать настоящее грузинское гостеприимство — это именно то место, которое стоит выбрать. Соотношение цена–качество здесь очень хорошее. Видно, что владельцы постоянно что-то улучшают и вкладывают силы в развитие объекта. Уверен, что со временем здесь будет ещё лучше. У нас были апартаменты на 16 этаже с прекрасным видом сразу на несколько сторон. Можно наблюдать и рассвет, и красивые виды в другую сторону города. Это действительно хорошее место для комфортного и запоминающегося отдыха. Однозначно рекомендуем. ქართული ვერსია: საერთო ჯამში, ძალიან კმაყოფილები დავრჩით ამ აპარტამენტებით. აშკარად ჩანს, რომ პროექტი ვითარდება — ზოგ ადგილას ჯერ კიდევ მიმდინარეობს გაუმჯობესება და რემონტი, თუმცა პერსონალის ყურადღება, ოპერატიულობა და დამოკიდებულება ყველაფერს ანაზღაურებს. ადამიანები ნამდვილად გულით აკეთებენ თავიანთ საქმეს. ჩვენ საკმაოდ ადრე მივედით, ჩექ-ინის დრომდე, და საბედნიეროდ აპარტამენტი თავისუფალი იყო. უპრობლემოდ შეგვიშვეს, რომ დაგვესვენა, რისთვისაც ძალიან მადლობელები ვართ. მოგვიანებით მოვიდა ქალბატონი და ძალიან კარგად დაასუფთავა აპარტამენტი. განსაკუთრებით გვინდა აღვნიშნოთ პერსონალისა და დაცვის თანამშრომლების კეთილგანწყობა. თუ გსურთ იგრძნოთ ნამდვილი ქართული სტუმართმოყვარეობა — ეს ნამდვილად კარგი ადგილია. ფასი და ხარისხი ერთმანეთს სრულად შეესაბამება.
• Iryna (7/5): все чудово, але можливо варто обрати інший номер - дууууже сильно гарний вид на місто, там сторона заходу сонця, тому небо там шалено гарне. господарь чудовий та прибиральниця також. все дуже чисто Мене пересилили в сімейний номер делюкс, там було дуже спекотно і навіть відкритий балкон не допомагає (там за вікном котел чи бойлер і дуже спекотно. він шумить, але якщо закрити двері в спальню, то не чутно), був неприємний запах в районі кухні теж, чи то котами, чи то витяжкою і креветками - коротше це було погано( і також були робочі, які щосб робили на даху, який знаходиться в метрі від мого балкону, тому я була неприємно здивована, побачивши їх прямо у своїх дверях відкритих. ніхто не попереджав про них, це добре, що я була вдягнена

• Kushnirskaia (3/5): Really awful experience, don’t understand how it could has good ranking - It’s not hotel at all. It just some harsh security man who can check you in an apartment. We came during a rain, this person saw us but leave us on the street for 10+ minutes because he was busy parking cars in the nearby parking lot. The apartment itself was in black mold (probably because we were first clients after long winter period). You could pay only in cash. Security guy of course doesn’t has any change for us. So another more grumpy guy take us a change without no word no smile. I could recommend this place only for someone who is looking for specific authentic experience.
• David (4/5): Barely ok price quality ratio - The location, price, heating, shower space and the view This isn't a real hotel, judging from the name and room options we expected it to be a hotel including the room service etc but this was a more arbnb style accommodation. The bathroom smells of sewer, the cleanliness around the bed was pretty bad, we couldn't enter the building when we arrived because the security guard requested a code we didn't have so we were forced to call the owner The reason why I didn't rate this lower is because for its price this accommodation is ok, but we expected a bit better quality You go up 15 floors by elevator (elevator glitches sometimes) and then you need to go up 3+ more stairs by foot, the door is opened with a fragile keyhole and from your room you can hear people walk past your room outside, the elevator vibration can be felt through the room and the bathroom sewer smell is horrible.

• Gitana Queen (9/5): A GEM IN VERA - Discovered a gem in Vera, which is a fantastic central location close to everything (shops, cafes, restaurants, theatre, galleries, shopping, bars, clubs, massage :-) and transport). The sun filled apartments are located on the 16th and 17th floors with incredible views over Vera park, city landmarks and the Kura river. Everything you need is provided, including a comfortable bed, good internet and Lasha is available to answer your queries. A great place to stay.

• Yana (7/5): Beautiful view, okay apartment - The location is wonderful, right in the heart of the city. The view from the apartment is worth it alone, truly beautiful. The owner was friendly and always ready to help. Very comfortable bed. It felt like the apartment could be cleaner; at the same time there were no tools to clean on your own. The shower was on its last breath.

• Intelfx (9/5): Lovely apartments at the very top of a modern building close to an assortment of parks and cafés. - 15th floor means crisp, clean air; it was quiet enough despite proximity to a main road. The room was quite clean, likewise the house entrance and a modern, fast elevator. Modern (if budget-ish) furniture, large TV, and a reasonable kitchen. The host was pleasant and accomodating. I had a special request for an Ethernet socket (I was not comfortable with using the public Wi-Fi) which was promptly granted. If you have a long stay, the weekly cleaning service might be hit or miss. Better tell the cleaning lady what exactly you want to be done. Might be a while until the central heating comes on at the end of the autumn. I had to run the AC in heating mode because it was uncomfortably cold otherwise.

• Calum (10/5): Value for money and well located - The balcony, location, and view are the big positives for this property. I've lived around Vera for several weeks, and this is one of the quieter streets. You're way up on the 16th floor, which helps some. The bedroom is pretty dark for quality sleeping. There wasn't much noise. The wifi was a solid 25 Mbps down and 29 Mbps up, and it was reliable except on the final day. The host was friendly and provided all required information. The kitchen has the bare minimum. It's clear that this place hasn't been lived in, and was furnished purely for short-term guests. The desk in the lounge is unusually high, and the chair is low. This combination makes for an uncomfortable working height and ergonomics. The downstairs neighbour smokes, so I couldn't open my bedroom door and step onto the balcony. Plus is at no time did I smell smoke when on the big front balcony. You'll need to carry your suitcase up one flight of stairs.

Owner and service were nice. It was really hot in the room as is the last floor and the room is not very isolated from the temperature, it has aircon but didn’t do too much. Its a 17th floor. You need to take elevator to 15th floor and after you need to go upstairs two floors.

• Yuliya (8/5): We had amazing time with comfort. - Location is just next to the park and 5 minutes walk to Rustaveli m/s. View from veranda was fantastic. Market was in next building and acceptable till 23:00. Close to the location very nice cafe for coffee, sweets and lunch. Cleaning service inform us before for acceptable time. Owner was very polite, and provide us support whenever we asked. At the entrance very kind man who knows all cars and visitors. Very safe place and all neighbors were absolutely supportive and polite. Will be better if refrigerator will be provided in the room.
