- Alison (10/5): Enjoyed staying - Lovely place to stay

- Boyd (10/5): - Close to everything you need
- Michael (8/5): - Seahorse is in a good central location in Agnes Water.
It was comfortable and clean.
- Rebel (10/5): - Lovely and peaceful, beautiful energy.
- John (3/5): If you like some privacy and don't love dogs then this place is not for you!! - The first breakfast of muesli and fruit was fine.
The second breakfast was a sachet of instant porridge - strange in hot weather and not 'continental'!! The house was on a steep road with a very steep driveway and limited parking space.
The photos don't show how small the kitchenette/guest space is, and how close to the front door. It's in the living room/kitchen area, the rest of which is out of bounds to guests. It's only separated by a temporary screen that provides no visual or sound barrier.
No privacy except in the bedroom. The 'private bathroom' was not ensuite, but a short walk across the living room.

- mark (10/5): We will be back - It was like being at a friends house Can’t think of anything, even the weather was perfect exceeded expectations
- Lucy (7/5): Pleasant value for money - but not what I’d choose again. - Host UTI is beautiful and her lovely dog Tina! Personally- did not like staying in the house with the landlord - to me that is shared accommodation even if you have your own bedroom and bathroom, you still hear them - don’t want to sit in lounge area etc - it does not feel private - rather shared - like boarding! Some aspects are air b and b and private others aren’t! It’s tricky when you are booking - best to give lovely host a call to see if fits!
- Tony (7/5): -
- Zoe (10/5): Welcoming, comfortable and homey! Uti and Teena are the perfect hosts. - Uti was a wonderful host, very welcoming and caring. Her little dog Teena is perfect addition, she’s simply too cute. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and as described. Private bathroom was clean and great as well. The small kitchenette area that Uti has setup for guests is perfect, and the breakfast provided was delicious - homemade strawberry yogurt was divine! Highly recommended, we would stay again. :)

- Mariana (7/5): - Clean and well arranged just like our home back home. The fact it’s too clean and well arrange by the host and made us a bit uncomfortable when using the shower and the cutlery as we might stain it and pissed the host. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is squeaky clean and we clean the bathroom after each use just like at home..wipe dry the sink and wipe the shower as well. The too perfect arrangement made us uncomfortable. It’s feels like an intruder in someone home. We eat as silence as we could and ensure we walk like on clouds to avoid any noise. We made our own coffee and only use the host cup and cutlery. There is a shelf of coffee, toaster and mini fridge but we didn’t allowed to use it ourselves. She said she will prepare the breakfast for us but when we check out early there is nothing for breakfast. If only she allow us to do our breakfast ourselves then there should be no issue at all. We are not uncivilized people who will not clean after use. We ate our packed lunch and dinner upon arrival and need to wash the Tupperware but she didn’t allow us to use her kitchen either to wash our Tupperware so we just kept it unwashed in our bag.
- Simon (5/5): - It was ok, was clean, and had a bed . Well, i was not expecting a room without air-conditioning being in QLD .And on arrival get told I could not even use the kitchen to wash a few dishes or do a basic feed by the owner. I think she needs to b in a separate area away from the guest, so you are not feeling like you are in her space .I had to leave a day earlier due to a family emergency she did not care too much about trying to refund me for that night, I did not stay there.Trying to sort it out with bookings is Basically impossible.
- Marcel (10/5): Scenic Seahorse - The owner/hostess, Uti was terrific. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the region. The accommodation was comfortable and the rooms were professionally decorated with artifacts and paintings etc. What's not to like!
- Melissa (10/5): - Uti’s home is beautiful! Very cosy and she makes you feel right at home. Clean and perfect location. Uti herself is such a lovely woman, I will definitely be back to stay with her when I visit Agnes Waters again. Nothing.
- Tanya (9/5): - Friendly host, lovely continental breakfast, comfortable bed. Nothing.
- Maurizio (10/5): - Uti and her dog Tina gave us a warm welcome. Talking to her was very pleasant. The house was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Uti gave us tips on what to see and where to eat. We are happy to have known her, even if for such a short time.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Chilled Coastal Vibes - The host is amazing in every way! She is helpful, informative, funny, interesting and an all round good egg. Room is in a Queenslander property and is immaculately clean with the comfiest bed. Bathroom is shared with the one other room at the property and it is spotless. House is in a quiet, breezy location, which is a short distance from the supermarket, eateries and the fabulous beach at Agnes. Awesome. If you are looking for a home from home for a few nights, and would like to meet some other travellers around a massive kitchen table, then this is your spot. Oh, and we cannot forget Teena, the chilled doggie, who is adorable. We will definitely be returning to this awesome place. Not applicable!

- Gribben (7/5): Great potential. - Loved the name but needed to be on the house B & B. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Lacked little touches that make would make the experience special. Perhaps a sea theme. Home is undergoing some renovation, this should improve things over all. Owner (Uti) made herself available to assist when I became ill during our stay, which we appreciated.

Bed was super comfy and nice views from the deck outside. Super sunrise spot! Owner super helpful too! Nothing about Seahorse. But Booking.com was not helpful and didn't allow me to get any messages via
Text. I didn't have email during my travels, so I never got any messages from Booking.com.
Thank goodness the owner checked in with me, as my flight was cancelled and the owner was so helpful.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean-emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place, the owner is friendly, the room is confortable, the house is clean and the area is quiet. It was really nice to rest here.
The kitchen is private but we had a shared kettle and a microwave which is nice to eat something at home (the table is small for 4 people but it was good to have one)
- Dianne (1/5): Bad - SHARED bathroom..
NO advance warning that other guests would arrive to share the bathroom.
no face cloths, inadequate towel rack for a shared bathroom.
No hand basin soap.
No lounge area.
crowded dining area.
Power cuts out when both kettle & tiaster used at same time.
Booked 4 nights but left after only one night.
House space is way too cramped for multiple bookings..
Bamboo sheets were comfortable⁹
