• Jamie (7/5): Good - Conveniently across the street from grocery store, convenience store and train station. Room was equipped with everything you would expect. At the time of our stay the building next door was being demolished so very noisy through the Day. The room was very tight and had to climb over the beds.
• Lyne (9/5): A comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location, with everything you need. - The apartment was spacious and well-located, just a short walk from Wakamatsu-Kawada Station. A convenience store and supermarket were also just 2–3 minutes away, making daily essentials easily accessible. The building has an elevator, which made it easy to move around, especially with luggage. There wasn’t really anything I disliked. If I had to mention a couple of things, the bathroom was a bit small — but that’s typical for Tokyo apartments and it still served its purpose well. Also, it would have been helpful to have a mirror outside the bathroom, as the only one was inside. That said, the apartment was well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

• Philip (10/5): The experience was good. The room is small, but normal for Tokyo. -
• Timothy (8/5): Very good - Property is clean. Apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a supermarket and two convenient stores within 3 minutes walk. Host is very responsive. With a bed-side table in between the two double beds, there is no easy way to reach the bed furthest away from the living area. Also would have loved a dryer for the clothes. However there is coin laundry just 4 minutes walk away.
