• Louise (10/5): - We felt incredibly welcomed by Denise and Richard (and Arlo the dog!). From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a cosy, comfortable atmosphere. If you’re looking for a peaceful, inviting place to stay with lovely hosts, we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. We’d happily return! Nothing, everything was great.
• Duncan (10/5): - 25th January I have to say the couple were really nice and wellcoming And a lovely home Onley issue i have I have found it impossible to get an invoice to give to my company to claim my expenses back i have contacted the accommodation and asked them to put reference and dates and amount paid to booking.com so they have it for there books so im out of pocket only issue i have and is only reason I would not stay .

Denise & Richard really extended their warm hospitality, and made sure my stay was comfortable. They also allowed me to use their kitchen as needed which was very helpful. The home is very clean, well stocked and I had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone else. There really wasn't anything I can complain about. I had a great stay.

• Oladapo (8/5): Very Good - The location was in close proximity to my area of interest and was in a lovely leafy neighbourhood. The hosts were lovely and attentive. The room was a good size and well laid out. It would be nice to have a lock on the door for privacy . Although well decorated and well stocked, it would be nice to leave 2 shelves empty in the bathroom for guests to place their personal effects without feeling intrusive.

• Mark (8/5): A comfortable rest - Friendly hosts, a comfortable room within a family home with a small en-suite shower area, and a fridge with complimentary soft drinks and milk. Peaceful road within walking distance of the town centre. There were friendly pets at the house. A small dog and a cat. (I have an allergy to cats)
• Janet (10/5): A delightful stay with very hospitable hosts and the cutest dog in a beautiful garden city. - It was really lovely, beautiful decor in the whole house and Denise & Richard have thought of everything you may need or have forgotten. Loved that they were open to using their kitchen and happy for you to sit in the lovely garden. It’s not a criticism, but if the bathroom was just a bit larger it would be perfect. But that is really stretching.

• Hunjan (10/5): Lovely, warm, Cossy place which I will visit again and have already rebooked! - Excellent room facilities and lovely people as well. Very family orientated and there to assist. Nice comfy bed and lovely modern decor. We had all the facilities in the room including a fridge with drinks and nice tea and coffee facilities. There were various snacks in the room along with lots of pillows and an en-suite with a shower and plenty of towels. They had a lovely dog which is the best dog and he is so loving! Oh and a cat as well which is very cute! Maybe aircon or a fan, but no big deal.
