The caravan has a lovely homely and full of love property, I would highly recommend to stay here it was just amazing. It is so clean and has all the amenities you need it is also so close to many idilc and gorgeous places to visit. It’s so quiet and calming a place to go if you need to relax. I can not recommend this place and its owner enough ❤️ Not a thing

Spotlessly clean and Louise dropped a text to let us know how to contact her if we needed to at all. We found the site central to a lot of places and did some stunning walks, will definitely return in the future. N/a

• Eduardo (10/5): The perfect place for relaxing, renewing and feeling the presence of God through nature. - Louise is very careful with her guests. The property is extremely well looked after. The location was perfect for us, as we could drive through the whole Lake District.

• Martin (10/5): Highly recommended. - Lovely quiet location with nearby pub. Accommodation felt like a home from home. Perfect for my intended visits to Rowrah Karting track over the weekend. We all found the 'Teddy Bear' bedding a little too warm for comfort but this was a minor point.
• Muhammad (10/5): Over all the property is well maintained and nice to staying place for holidays . - First of all the host- Louise- is polite and contactable. The property was clean and tidy. Everything in the kitchen was available as you would expect at home. The host took care of every minute details to make the stay as home. There are board games for children, TV set to watch national telecast. There is no Wi-Fi but it’s non availability is mentioned in the ad.
• gillian (10/5): Chilled , warm and relaxing! - Home from Home. Not like a normal caravan … a proper couch and winged chairs . The the comfiest bed . Shower amazing . Very clean and everything you need . Great location. Peaceful . Little touches … fresh flowers, milk in the fridge . Xmas tree and decorations, such a lovely touch ! Brilliant communication from Louise . Definitely recommend a stay here for a rewind, chill out & and explore the western lakes . No champagne flutes … that’s it.

• Anne Grace Torres (10/5): The best stay ever! Highly recommeded - We have stayed in caravans and lodges of big holiday parks, but nothing could match up on this property. What I liked about the property was its homely atmosphere and its location. It felt even more homely than our own home itself! It was extremely clean and well organised! The best part was the bed! Even my daughter said it was the cosiest bed ever! Location wise, it was perfect too as it is near to a lot of beautiful places. We managed to visit Buttermere, Ennerdale, Keswick and Derwentwater in just two days! We would have seen a lot more if we booked for extra two days. The host was the perfect host! We felt so welcomed! She even recommended places to go for nice walks! We can’t wait to go back and book again soon! It would have been better if the property has washing machine/dryer. If there was any, it would be even better for those who want to stay for a week.

• Kate (9/5): Perfect family getaway in the Lakes - Brilliant location, perfect for exploring lakes. Very peaceful, the park itself was really quiet, dog friendly which is always appreciated. The caravan was really nice and cozy, with everything you may need during the stay. The goodies for us and a pooch were a lovely touch.
• Cathie (9/5): Host was extremely helpful, accomadation had everything you would need for a short stay, location was great for C2C - First time for us staying in a caravan, it had everything we needed, was warm and cozy with a great shower. On the second night, after heavy rain my parents struggled to sleep due to constant dripping sound. Which was unfortunate, and not the owners fault.

• Rebecca (10/5): Lovely weekend - Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was lovely. It was like a home from home. It had everything we needed. We loved the welcome basket, which was a nice touch - it even had bubbles in it for our toddler to enjoy. It was really helpful that there was milk in the fridge too, so we could have a cup of tea when we got there - tea bags were also provided. There was a travel cot provided for our baby, which was really handy. Louise even organised an air bed for us in case I needed to stay in the lounge as our baby is only 13 weeks old and he doesn't sleep great. But luckily he slept well - Must have been the sunshine and fresh air. We all commented on how good the shower was. Nice and spacious and powerful. There were fans provided which were needed as it was a hot one weather wise. We were able to sit outside comfortably, as there was an umbrella and nice furniture. The flowers are really pretty as well. The beds were really comfortable. The location was lovely and peaceful and quiet. One of the best things was that it was really clean and tidy and you can tell Louise looks after it, and wants her guests to have a lovely time. Louise is a great host. She kept in touch and was on hand whenever we needed. She provided everything and is super friendly. We enjoyed the games and the books provided as well. Lovely place for a family to stay. Thanks again Louise.

• Sulav (10/5): Clean and cosy caravan. Feels like home. - It was very clean and well maintained property. Host was very thoughtful to keep it as a home away from home for any guest, like plenty of books and many board games to keep family together, many small things like tea, sugar, milk etc which can be quite handy to have a quick beverage after a long drive there. So all good from our side. None.
• Barczak (9/5): Lovely weekend away - Whole property had everything needed. Even extra bits for the dog. There is full size fridge. 2 toilets are definately a bonus. I travelled with my partner and parents, it was comfortable enough for 4 adults. Great cleanliness standard. Owner was very communicative and recommended some local destinations. Thank you for looking after us 💖 Second bedroom was a bit small but it was only a little disadvantage, rest of the caravan was fantastic, plenty of space in the living room bit.

It was only a short drive to the main locations around the lakes. Louise was an amazing host. Nothing, everything was perfect.

There were activities available, i.e. board games etc. Bedding a towels were provided which made life so much easier. There was a welcome basket and a welcome note. The owner was really friendly and helpful despite having an accident that afternoon and ending up in hospital. Location was nice. Park was nice and clean/ tidy. Thank you so much! Can't really think of anything. We had a lovely time

The location is great for hiking and the caravan park was very quiet. We had a great stay, thank you. Not a negative for us because we wanted a break from it, but there is no wifi. TV was a bit hit and miss, but it was very wet and windy.

Great location to get to many hikes in Lake district. And I would even say it has the best location in the caravan park with so much natural light in a beautifully quiet location. Nothing to complain about.

• Nicole (10/5): A beautiful stay in beautiful surroundings. We will be back. - The communication from start to finish was amazing and reassuring. Treetops was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and warm and the shower and water pressure was extremely good. We were so close to cogra moss for a nice leisurely walk and a few wainwrights if you are after a bit more. A failed attempt from us for Blake fell because of the extremely strong winds but that’s the Lake District weather for you. I’d definitely recommend the fox and hound pub in near by ennerdale for some pub grub - the portion sizes are huge and home made food. If you’re wanting a nice chilled, relaxed time away then this is your place. Could’ve done with a hoover in the cupboard and that’s just being picky. There was a brush and dustpan which did its job. The place was immaculate ❤️
