John (5/5): For the value for money and we felt the property was dated somewhat and needed sprucing up a bit to bring it up from per - The property was very continently located to the town centre overlooking the harbour. A nice walk along the breakwater. For a 3 bedroomed house, one bathroom upstairs is not enough, especially when one guest requires the bathroom more frequently than other guests. We only found a downstairs cloakroom which is not located inside the main house but in an out house on the morning of our departure. The cleanliness was not up to scratch and rubbish in a small bowl was left in the lounge. The side tables were grubby and some of the rugs appeared not properly hoovered!
