The matress is 10/10! Loved it! Amazing staff! Amazing owners! My son had an epileptic fit and they were on the spot to help call the docters! I'm.forever gratefull! Geart view! Huge balcony! Loved it If I need to nitpick is the the bath is a bit uncomfortable, but it's a drop in the ocean compairing to the rest of the stay!

Breakfast had numerous choices, and the food was very good. /

• Ann (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable stay near beach and plentiful eating establishments! - One of the main reasons, besides reasonable price and location, we chose Axos was that it included breakfast. The breakfast turned out to be both plentiful and excellent allowing for each of our different tastes. Great choice! The main concern we had was parking as we were renting a car for the week. There was no reserved parking, which could be an issue in the busy months. It turned out we found street parking each day and for a few Euros we could have parked nearby.
• Margaritamilanova (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. A small but very beautiful garden with a lovely and clean pool. A wide room with a kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful! Thank you for a pleasant stay at the hotel!

• Kriszda (7/5): Good - Very close to the sea, super friendly staff, good breakfast, great pool, great hosts. Many shops/restaurants/bars around. Special hi to the guy who was using our room's bathroom during cleaning :) The only thing that we noticed is the floor (its not enough to sweep up, could have wash it maybe) Was a little uncomfy walking in the room barefoot.
• Elizariev (6/5): Pleasant - It's was a good location and close to everything. Have a good clean pool. Big balcony. The kitchen was good. The rooms are old, and the bathroom is very small. No shampoo or cleaning tools for dishes. Hot water was not all the time. Breakfast served 09:00-10:00. The hotel has only 4 parking lots.

• Momcilo (8/5): Very good - Location is good. Breakfast is very nice. Pool and bar are cousy. Generaly good value Noise! It was written "Please be quiet at corridors" but I would say that people don't respect that but also isolation on doors is terrible so you hear every single step what you wouldn't like in 6 or 7 a.m. That part needs to be improved.
• Gaylene (9/5): A great value holiday with excellent faciltiies. - Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was awesome. The location was near to the beach and there were plenty of shops and eating places nearby. After checkout I was able to use the pool area and there was a complimentary change area to use before we went to the airport. The beds were very squeaky. It was an $85 taxi ride between there and the airport at Heraklion.
• Mindaugas (9/5): Greqt value - Spacious rooms, full kitchen with all possible appliences. Noisy beds. The matrases were premium but those wooden sticks holding the mattres were noisy.

• Cvetelina (8/5): Very good - Very good position, close to the beach, you could find parking place easily, at least in June, when was our stay, The breakfast is good, although it was the same every day. The pool is good. Very big terrace. The bathroom is small. There is no dish detergent and sponge for washing the plates in the kitchen. In general it needs some renovations,it could be seen that is old.

• Karenskirk (9/5): Perfect for us - Axos is a family run hotel (mum and sisters), all lovely. We were treated like friends from the moment we arrived. The hotel is directly on the 'tourist strip' of Platanes, so everything you could need is on your doorstep. The rooms are a very good size, with a good sized bathroom and a kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob and enough pots, pans etc. To cook a full meal if you wanted to. A buffet (European style) breakfast was included with our stay and there was always plenty of choice - please don't expect a greasy fry up, you don't holiday in Crete if you want to eat like that - although a fry up can be found if you want to wander away from the hotel. The pool is a decent size but if you want the beach it is a short walk away. We've stayed many times in this area but for some reason, this has been our first stay at the Axos. It won't be our last. Nothing to dislike
