• Raffaella (7/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione è ottima, si raggiunge tutto con estrema facilità, la casa si trova in una traversa di via del Corso, a pochi minuti da piazza del Popolo e Villa Borghese, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla metro Flaminio e dalle fermate degli autobus. Tutto è vicinissimo, negozi, ristoranti, locali, supermarket, farmacia. L'appartamento è molto grande, al primo piano con ascensore, la camera da letto ha un bel bagno en suite. Il check in è stato puntualissimo e il ragazzo che ci ha accolto molto gentile. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, però ci sono alcuni punti critici. Le pentole e soprattutto i pentolini si presentano davvero male, sono vecchi e usurati, non abbiamo osato bollire il latte la mattina e abbiamo preso solo il caffè fatto con le capsule. Il bagno di servizio non si può usare perché la lavatrice che è stata inserita dentro impedisce praticamente ogni movimento, non rimane spazio. La casa è bella ma buia, non entra luce naturale.
• Christina (6/5): Place is nicely located, would be good to fix the heating and clean it a bit more though - Location of apartment is great and we loved how they used up the tiny space in it for storage possibilities Place wasn’t very clean. The washroom mirror borders the next apartments bathroom, as one can hear each other VERY clearly, there is no privacy in the bathrooms. Also, the heating works on automatic system only to specific times.. late in the evening e.g. it turned off, you therefore come home to a cold apartment at night. The heating in the bathroom didn’t work at all, also not after complaining about it. As we traveled in winter that was problematic, as temperatures were close to 0 degrees outside

• Alex (6/5): Well equipped room but falls short on minor aspects that can easily be improved. - Liked the fact it has a kitchenette and the bathroom was spacious. Good location with easy access to transport. Kettle had immense amounts of limescale inside the kettle where the water is. This caused us concern as it had the potential to cause health problems. Also the shower head had lots of limescale on it seeming as though it is rarely cleaned and was not attached to the wall safely.

• Beatriz (5/5): Muy mala atención por parte del encargado, le pedimos elevar la temperatura del agua y lo hizo el último día, 19 días co - La ubicación La atención, tuvimos problema de la ducha y lo arreglaron el último día, el agua no estaba bien caliente, pedimos recambio de toallas (no extra toallas) y nos cobraban, sábanas lo mismo.
• valenti (7/5): Mejorable en algunos aspectos .... - La situacion es muy buena. La bienvenida tambien buena.. Lastima que el edificio sea viejo. La ducha mejorable en cuanto a limpieza y sin jabon, ni champu .... Una vela aromatica innecesaria. Lo venden como un apartamento "pero en realidad es una habitacon con baño privado" y una mini cocina situada en una esquina (fuegos, fragadero y nevera/sin congelador.... todo junto 1 metro de ancho). La vantana da a un patio de tejados asquerosos. MEJOR DEJAR LA VENTANA CERRADA.

Of course, there is a window, but it looks out onto the back of the cafe, pipes and something else, which you absolutely don’t want to look at. There is no place to put things. The fridge won't even fit a bottle of wine. It is a kitchen there, but whoever comes up with the idea of ​​cooking there, I can’t put it down. It’s ok for one night, but with the same comfort and for less money, you could rent a hostel. if you come for longer, do not recommend.
• Leonid (10/5): - Близко ко всем всему что нужно туристу. Везде кафе , магазины , очен удобно до всего добираться , близко к метро Были проблемы с кондиционером . Во время нашего отпуска прошла поломка это были выходные персонал пытался решить проблему но не смог а специалист не работает в выходные в итоге были без кондиционера
