• E (9/5): Spacious and very clean apartment. - Very clean apartment to begin with. Most needs are provided in this homely property. Location may be a little far from the station and the city center. And needed to climb 3 floors with our cargo bags and hand carry.

• Annie (10/5): - Rossignol is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, close to a supermarket, and just a short walk to the Gornergrat train. The apartment is very spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Please note there are some steps up the stairs to reach the apartment. We arrived early and truly appreciated the kind gesture of being allowed to drop our bags before exploring Zermatt. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! A bit pricey!

• Mazliwati (9/5): I and my family had a wonderful experience staying at the unit. Very kind owner. - Spacious, very clean, well equipped with the needed facilities, location near to train stations and main attractions, balcony with stunning mountain view The unit located on the top floor, however the lift only until 1st floor so have to walk up 2 floors up. Not a problem for us during our stay but to others who are travelling with elderly, disabilities might want to consider.

• shu (1/5): 非常糟糕，周游世界10年，第一次遇到这样的房东，这个房屋不值得 - 无 住宿位置太偏僻，周围没有任何风景，跟仓库难民区一样。入住分两段楼梯，一段有电梯，另一段只能手提行李爬楼，非常不方便。房东未按要求帮我准备好沙发床，尽管我在入住前已经反复沟通过，导致入住后再寻求帮助来打开沙发床，耽误了我游玩的时间。入住当日气温只有5摄氏度，房东只给我们准备了很薄的凉被。因为来帮我们打开沙发床的工作人员说可以用房屋门口柜子里的被套，所以我们在房间里找到毛毯（看起来黑黑的）后，在屋子门口的柜子里找到了干净的被套把毯子套上以抵御寒冷。但在事后遭到了房东的质问和谩骂甚至人身攻击，他认为我们不应该用柜子里的被套，但实际上是来帮我们拉开沙发床的工作人员给我们说可以用里面的东西，否则我们根本不知道门口的柜子里有干净的被套。因为柜子上写着私人的，我们绝对尊重，不会在没有经过同意的情况下去自行翻找。另外，房东收城市税的金额和booking上不一致，也没有给我们提供任何发票，只让我们把钱放在桌子上，这是非常不正规的。我们入住的其他任何公寓和酒店都会主动提供城市税的发票。
• Gert-Jan (8/5): heerlijk geslapen en heerlijk kunnen koken op deze locatie. - De accommodatie is goed voor een verblijf in Zermatt. De accommodatie is wel wat verder van het centrum afgelegen en je moet door een wat rommelige entree lopen. Binnen is het prima, lekker rustig en dus een goede plek voor een bedrijf. Er was wat onduidelijkheid over de toeristenbelasting, maar dit heeft de host prima opgelost. Om bij de locatie te komen moet je door een niet al te nette, wat bedrijfsmatige, omgeving lopen, maar ben je eenmaal binnen en weet je de weg dan is dit prima.

• Jonah (9/5): Superb - Lovely little apartment with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and other mountains surrounding Zermatt. Super easy to get to the heart of Zermatt from the apartment complex. Well stocked with all equipment needed to cook your own dinners. While close, it was still a small walk to get into town, and the directions to the place were slightly confusing. The couch bed was also a but hard. Really though, it was a great place to stay.

Very pleased with the additional blankets and pillows provided for the sofa bed as well, kept us comfortable at night Very conveniently located near the ebus stop (free ebus rides) Overall, felt like home ! No lift service / not too convenient for guests who had huge and heavy luggages as we stayed at Level 3 and had to carry our stuff up via the staircases.

Nothing really. Although it is quite a walk frm the bahnof, we didnt really mind since the route is straight on the main road.

• Joanne (10/5): Love the apartment - The apartment is clean and well equipped. Owner is friendly and accommodating. Not very near the train station but there is free bus service which stops near the apartment. Some construction works around the apartment

• Marcella (10/5): Fabulous place - Fantastic, spacious, clean and very well equipped 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in the living room. We stayed for a few nights, but the place is well enough equipped for long stay. Walking distance to the bahnhof and a beautiful balcony with comfortable seating to admire the Matterhorn on a clear day. City taxes were excluded and having to pay these at checkout in cash was not convenient.

Everything was new and complete and we had a great time staying there. The host was also very accommodating and friendly as well. Definitely recommend this to people who are looking to visit Zermatt If I would nitpick, it is probably the location, it’s a bit deeper and located near a construction site. But still very good value for money nevertheless

Its beautifuly furniahed, has fully equipped kitchen and a gorgous view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Would definifely recommend!

For us it was convenient enough - about a ten minute walk from the train station (opposite direction from center of Zermatt).

And everything is well cleaned. The place is located in a relatively industrial place in Zermatt (warehouse, parking lots), some traffic noise can be heard during the day.

• Kusuma (9/5): Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Recommended!! We would love to come back 🙂 - The apartment is simple, very clean, neat and beautiful. It is as real as we see in the photo gallery. The apartment has all essentials and equipments in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This makes our stay is very practical and comfortable. The owner provided tea, coffee, sugar for free. She is also very responsive and helpful. Very great value of money for family of 4 like us. The location doesn’t give the best view to Matterhorn, but it doesn’t make our stay less comfortable.

The location is a 10 mins walk from Zermatt bahnhof. Google maps directions were not quite right and we ended up taking a cab to the place on the first day which was in fact a short walk away. We walked to town during the remainder of our trip.
