- Yanhua (10/5): It just wonderfully stays! 6 Minutes walk to the bus station, enjoyed it! - I like the room: Clean, seems like it is refurbished one. Big and have everything I need. I like: it very warm in the building and my room. I like the shower room is on the ground floor, it migh not disturb other guests too much if we need to have a shower earlier in the morning. I like the Kitchen: very clean. There are everything I need. The hole property were quiet, even the other rooms were oppupied. I like the bed was very comfortable. All is very superb! I would like to book there if there will be another time or opportunity! None!

- Samuel (8/5): Great house and no complaints. - Nice and clean and Winnie is always on hand if needed. No issues, maybe the shower could have better water velocity but still works fine.
- John (9/5): - Like with all shared house accomodation, you have to suffer the occasional idiot human being who thinks it is okay to overload the top self of the fridge with their weeks supply of home pre-prepared plastic tubs of food. Which becomes a disaster when a further 3kg of load is added with a multi pack of water bottles and the plastic shelf supports finally give up!

- Comfort (10/5): PEACE OF MIND - The place is quiet and clean. If you looking for a place to relax for work or peace of mind, it’s the ideal place for you. It has a Kitchen with cooking Utensils, plates and everything you need like a home. It has a washing machine and a dryer. All that for the price is overwhelming. The host does NOT live on the property but always sends you a message if your stay is comfortable. It’s too peaceful

- Emmanuel (8/5): winnie was a great host and my stay was pleasant - winnie was easy to communicate with and she promptly responded and solved any queries I had. I was there as I was working mon-friday in peterborough. I checked out on Fridays at 11am however I am usually at work until 4-5pm. winnie made this easy for me to do by giving me a secure place to leave my belongings. this greatly helped to reduce my stress on checkout day. I honestly can't thank her enough. Great service nothing
