- Brendan (8/5): -
- Estelle (10/5): - Maison très coquett et très bien équipée
- Anne (10/5): - Petite maisonnette charmante et bien équipée non loin du centre d Inverness.
- Chaffey (5/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): Very nice. - The location was great. It was very cozy. The bed pillows, too stiff.
- Nadine (8/5): T’es bon séjour - Sa situation et son confort Rien
- Marina (10/5): Comfortable and central home with everything you may need - Very comfortable and central. Like a home away from home. My elderly parents loved the appartment as everything was ground floor and very close to the center. There even is a parking permit for street parking in front of the house.
- Derek (9/5): - Short walk to city center , we managed to find parking outside the house each day
- Candice (10/5): - Très charmant propre et très organisé propice au repos !
- Jadwiga (10/5): Lovely apartment in Inverness - Very spacious apartment, fully equipped, comfortable beds, everything we needed for our short stay in Inverness! Thank you!
- Alison Steiner (9/5): Beautiful home in a great location. - Excellent location within walking distance of most Inverness attractions. Beautifully decorated home.
- Mulholland (10/5): -
- abhijit (10/5): Amazingly nice and comfortable for a short stay - The apartment was well equipped , it had everything to make us feel comfortable Probably TV with Netflix would have made it better
- Jane (10/5): Lovely house in a great location. - This is a really lovely house in an excellent location, definitely in walking distance to the town centre. The beds are really comfortable with great bed linen and good quality towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable living room and the added bonus of a small garden with somewhere to sit which was nice with our morning coffee. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again on our next visit to Inverness.
- Ashing (9/5): Great option - Good amenities, quiet, decent location- lots of options within a 15 minute walk
- Gemma (10/5): Was a great stay super handy to supermarket and main city centre all walking distance if needed. We had a car so just ne - Had everything we needed. Was like the photos, and was very clean
- Richard (8/5): Great place for visiting Inverness -
- Carla (10/5): Comfortable, convenient, and well stocked home. - I loved the location and that the owners thought of everything. There was a fan for us to use, important during a heat wave. There was also a dryer which was so nice for our long journey! Nothing. It was great!
- Blanche (10/5): A perfect choice for our stay in Inverness - Brilliant location, just a short walk from town. Arrandale is a single storey apartment with no stairs which suited my elderly parents perfectly, as did the walk in shower (not a shower over a bath tub).
The property was meticulously clean and furnished in a warm and modern manner. It definitely gave home away from home vibes, which we loved.
- Robyn (3/5): Poor -
- Brianan (7/5): Good -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorri (10/5): Perfect location for a quiet nights rest! - Arrandale was a great location for our stay in Inverness. It was a nice walk to get to the city center areas and also any stores we may have needed during our stay. The house itself was so nicely set up as well. All the basics were right there including a little bit of all the soaps, spices, dishes, towels, etc, that we needed. We even sat in the back yard and enjoyed the birds one evening! Parking was a little difficult. The road was very busy and we rarely found parking super close. However, the owners had a note of another place to park if we needed it, and we were usually able to find something within a block or two. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!
- Rosela (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place and walking distance to amenities
- Joanne (10/5): Great cottage, fantastic location. - The location was fantastic, and we had everything we needed. Grant had provided all local information and also offered extra parking if needed, so everything went very smoothly. With my family being 4 of us coming up for a wedding Netflix would have been perfect for film in the evening.
- Rima (10/5): Fantastic place! Would stay again anytime! Thank you - Very central, hosts are extremely communicative and helpful with anything you need, property spotless
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zephora (10/5): Cozy little house with all the amenities needed - Location was perfect for walking into town. Aldi was down the road. Tour bus pick up and drop off was 10-15 minute walk. Had everything we needed for a home-away-from-home.
- Maria (10/5): amazing! - everything was great
- Andre (10/5): Exceptional - Grant was so thoughtful allowing early check in - I was under the weather post-long travel and my rest in his cozy apartment worked like magic.
Other than the above, good location. Water heater and room heaters kept us warm. Great amenities in the kitchen. Nothing
- Dave (10/5): Great Place Near Everything - Excellent place in general which was clean and in a great location. Nothing.
- Nicole (10/5): Fab stay at this lovely property - Very clean, comfortable property and excellent communication from the owner Nothing
- Fiona (9/5): A great stay in lovely Inverness in a very comfortable apartment in a convenient location. - Very clean, comfortable and a good size for 3 people. Great facilities including washing machine and dryer, and kitchen was well equipped. Great location, less than 10 mins walk from station and 5 mins from cafes and restaurants
- Victoria (8/5): Lovely location, nice clean house - Lovely location, house clean and nice little garden at the back Difficult to find parking near the property
- Tanya (9/5): Lovely flat, great location, would recommend. - Lovely flat, spacious, convenient location, comfortable, clean. Parking can be tricky.
- Goen (10/5): Would definitely stay again if we return to Inverness! - Great space to relax. Close to city center Parking was a little difficult at times.
- Nathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rannick (10/5): An Apartment with a Gorgeous View - We loved the view, and we raved about this vacation stay to our family members back home. Besides being gorgeous with a great view, the apartment is well laid out and cozy. It's definitely a number one pick for anyone. We were a little chilly at first, but we soon figured out the thermostat. We didn't really need to turn it up very much to be warm.
- Kim (8/5): Great place for a few nights. Issues were minor and I would recommend and/or stay again. - 10 minute easy walk into the heart of Inverness!!! Neat, clean and well appointed. Washer and separate dryer (please provide instructions for guests). Ease of self-checkin. Here in 10 minutes when the furnace needed to be turned on (because the previous guest did not adhere to the rules and had messed with the settings). Lovely hot and strong shower. Electric fireplace makes the living room really nice and toasty. Beautiful yard with seating. 2 private and large bedrooms. Light blocking curtains in main bedroom really helps with sleep in the summer when it’s light so much. Loaner umbrellas. Good storage for luggage and clothes. End tables on both sides of bed. Full length mirror. Tabletop fan for warm nights. Internet was a bit slow and cut out several times (we were only on FB and checking email). No blinds on living room window so you had to block all the light with the curtains to prevent people from looking in. Main bedroom mattress really needs an update because it is thin and hard. No private parking. On street parking (while free) is not easy to find. After circling the block, we finally found a spot about half-way down the road. Bath towels getting a musty odor and need updating.
- Ashish (10/5): Excellent Cozy home.. - 1. Near the city centre
2. Well maintained, cozy interiors
3. Well equipped kitchen Nothing
- Aidan (10/5): It exceeded our expectations, fantastic. - All facilities to prepare and cook meals are available. The weather on Thursday 🤗
- Fifi (10/5): Exceptional - The location to town and restaurants was great. Perfect for a family or two couples. Kitchen was well equipped. Very clean. Highly recommend A smart television would be a good asset so we could access netflix etc.
- Beverley (9/5): Very comfortable, location was perfect we would definitely stay again. - The location was perfect for our needs. All good.
- Tiago (10/5): Very comfortable house close to center - Very nice house, fully furnished. The table was set for our arrival which was quite nice. There were also some biscuits, tea, coffee, etc.
Crib and high chair were provided assembled, as requested. Not really a negative, but parking is on the street, not private. We never had an issue finding a spot very close to the door though.
- Vincent (9/5): It was a lovely stay !!! - The house, decoration, equipment, the surrondings, everything was great! To be picky maybe, I had to struggle a bit with the heating settings but nothing to change really.
- Vikas (10/5): Very cozy and well organised place . - Every thing was perfect and well organised. All the instructions were very clear and to the point. Very very cozy place to stay . Nothing that I can recall
- Beverley (8/5): Very good - Great location, easy to walk into city centre. Quiet street. Nothing, good value for money
- Alison (9/5): Wonderful home in a fantastic location - Beautiful house in a fabulous location close to the city centre. Lovely and spacious rooms with a great kitchen.
- Barrie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (10/5): Lovely little home away from home. A perfect spot from which to explore the Inverness area - It was nicely appointed clean little cottage in easy walking proximity to town Nothing
- Carolyn (9/5): We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend the property for a holiday - The property was very homely and well furnished with everything you might want or need for a short stay. It felt like a home from home.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Well equipped and very clean, comfortable accommodation
- Nathan (10/5): I am looking forward to booking another stay. Great job by the host!! - The location was a short walk to all of downtown Inverness, in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room inside and even a little green space outdoors. Bonus points for having a washer, dryer and dishwasher - those little American conveniences are a huge luxury on holiday. It would have been nice if there was parking included. Street parking was available, but tight and a bit of a walk.
- Anne (9/5): Superb - Great location, handy for town restaurants and river but very quiet and a garden to enjoy sitting in. Could have had larger towels provided
- Anthony (10/5): Excellent - Had everything we needed. Loved that everything was labeled and had directions. Nothing
- Jones (7/5): Centrally located ground floor apartment. - Very clean. Washer and dryer were a plus. Nice sized living room .Quiet neighborhood. Complete apartment is ground floor with a step up for the kitchen. No dedicated parking available. We managed to park on the sidewalk across from the apartment. Narrow street. Bathroom is located off the kitchen. No counter space in bathroom. Very little space for luggage in bedrooms, but large living room and we put some bags there. Mattresses need to be updated.
- Rick (9/5): Perfect, I’d consider staying here again! - Well equipped, very clean, great communication, usb charging ports at most electrical outlets , very accommodating. We’re four mature males on a golf holiday and this worked great for us. The owners set up four beds and that was just great. Parking on the street is very helpful but sought after by many. Consider parking at the 24hr park about a15 minute walk away. We had a tire that was intentionally stuck in the sidewall ruining our tire which has caused us inconvenience and cost. This is not the owners fault but renters should consider parking elsewhere.
- Mccracken (9/5): Superb - Close walking distance to shops Had no complaints.
- Bethany (10/5): Perfect - The location was perfect and it was so comfortable and had all the amenities you would need including a fan. It has a great kitchen and a Washer and Dryer. It is decorated so nice and we felt right at home. I can’t say enough good things. There is even a full book about the area and the house as well as clear instructions for everything else. If I have to say anything, it would be perhaps better quality towels.
- Paula (10/5): Lovely homely cottage. - Beautifully decorated, comfortable and felt like home. Street parking available. Close to Supermarket and easy access to everything. The only criticism I would have is that you can hear everything from the upstairs apartment but Grant’s cottage is 10 out of 10
- William (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly we under utilized the property but it had what we needed if that was our goal. It was a clean comfortable place and a perfect jumping point for our highland travels Had to buy more toilet paper but that sounds like an us problem
- Mariana (10/5): A perfect choice for the beautiful city of Inverness - The host is exceptional, he gave us all the support throughout the stay
Grant kept in touch with us easily
The location is almost central, but very quiet and the yard is lovely .The chirping of the birds was a delight !!!
The cosy house is very clean, equipped with everything you need
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, the photos do not do it justice :) the location was good for walking into town and parking was easy. The host was so organised, the place was as spotless and we had everything we needed :) Great stay and host!
- Pb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional Cottage in a good location - Kitchen was nicely appointed, primary double bed very comfortable, wash and dryer worked well, comfortable sofa and furniture. The cottage was clean and very convenient to downtown. Parking was fairly easy and the host was excellent. The twin beds were a little shaky. Comfortable, but seemed a like they could be a bit more solid.
- Christine (9/5): Superb - The property was clean and in a good position
- Erin (10/5): Fantastic stay. -
- Anonymous (10/5): Great property and the location was excellent, we were only about a 10 min walk to all the fun shopping. -
- Joanne (9/5): Superb -
- Sascha (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice house, well located.
- Denis (10/5): Exceptional - good location, nicely furnished with good facilities
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Great property, fantastic location. Really lovely furnishings and decor. Everything needed provided - really thought out. Grant was extremely helpful and very friendly. I would consider booking again. We did manage to park the car directly outside, but we were reluctant to move it during our stay (as might not have got a space again). But we didn't need the car for our activities during the stay - it was great to walk into town to the shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely fantastic weekend away. THANK YOU GRANT
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accommodation, centrally located. beautifully decorated, was even better than the photos. Very clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely return and recommend.
- Elicia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Claudia (9/5): Great Place, great location - The house was very clean and everything was well organized. We highly recommend to stay here.
- Linda (7/5): it was good! - it was a nice house but it would have been nice to know that the staff provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days….also no paper towels were provided. We asked for some toilet paper and they were kind enough to bring us some on our last day. The facilities were clean, but the bathroom was on the other end of the house…far away from the bedrooms. They did provide hair dryers for each bedroom and the house was beautifully decorated . We enjoyed our stay… it would have been nice to know ahead that we were to provide the supplies.
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional - The house was very clean and decorated with some artwork so it felt like we were home when we entered. I think the owner did a great job at making this a comfortable place to stay. It was a short walk from the train station and shorter to the shopping and dining area.
- Ann (10/5): Cosy cottage! - The cottage is lovely, cosy and has all the amenities needed for a family or 2 couples to stay in.
We only stayed for 2 nights but would have gladly stayed for longer!
The cottage is just a short walk to the waterfront and a few more minutes walk to the centre of inverness. Plenty of parking on the street and very quiet neighbourhood. Nothing! Everything was lovely.
- Kurt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Steve (8/5): A great stay in a lovely city - Great location, comfortable property and nicely equipped.
Just a short walk (flat too) to the main parts of the city and the river, and close to a number of take-away establishments, restaurants and grocery stores too. An ideal spot for exploring Inverness. Wi-Fi - it was very poor (by most modern standards). OK for emails, not up to video calls/streaming.
The mobile data reception was fine though, so allowed me to do the (little) work I had to whilst staying, and it wouldn't prevent me returning.
- Helen (8/5): A great base for exploring the area. - Very smart and clean apartment. Good location for the city centre but in a quiet street.
