• Roland (7/5): Average. - Cleanliness, location quiet. Although WiFi was promised, there was no WiFi !!! No dish cloths and no sponge/ cloth to wash dishes.
• Christine (6/5): Stadtnahe Ferienwohnung - Die Lage in der Nähe zu Limerick ist perfekt, Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Super finde ich, dass in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden sind. Bereits die Eingangstür war sehr dreckig, auch der Herd war auf allen Platten verkrustet und der Boden der Wohnung war nicht richtig sauber. Die Vorabinfo zum Einchecken bestand nur aus 2 Fotos - dem Areacode und dem Code für die Schlüsselbox - dieser war allerdings falsch, so dass wir erst den Vermieter kontaktieren mussten. Zum Glück hat er schnell zurückgerufen und uns den richtigen Code mitgeteilt. In der Wohnung muss man erst die Gastherme für das warme Wasser anstellen, je nachdem wo es benötigt wird (Dusche oder Küche) muss ein Schalter umgelegt werden, beides gleichzeitig funktioniert nicht. Die Heizung kann auch nicht reguliert werden, entweder ist sie an oder aus. Das ist alles etwas kompliziert. Die Einrichtung ist etwas lieblos.

• Aymeric (7/5): Good, except some points to fix. - - the flat is quite large, big kitchen and living room, 2 nice bedrooms as well with a lot of space to put clothes. 2 bathrooms (among which one with a shower) ! - all big equipment (washing machine, tumble dryer, ...) - the flat was clean, and the beds were very good. - small kitchen equipment is very poor : big saucepan is so damaged you wouldn't want to use it, no kitchen knife except a very big one, no container to store food in the fridge. That's a pity regarding other very good characteristics of the kitchen ! - no wifi, contrary to what is mentioned (box seems to be sent for repair). - welcome pack could be more detailed.

• Edwards (10/5): Lovely! - The apartment is excellent value for money. It was lovely and cosy yet spacious. We felt really secure and comfortable. There are great transport links into Limerick and a lovely bakery just minutes away. Joe the host was lovely!

Joe - who we dealt with responded very quickly to all queries and was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious giving us comfortable space for our stay. Couldn't fault the property at all.
