• Bhavna (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment with a great host - Lilly was so very prompt and helpful in answering my questions a few months before we got there, while we were setting our itinerary. A couple of days before we got to the apartment, we needed to amend our booking as I got the dates wrong. I messaged Lily about our issue and she was so prompt and efficient in getting the booking amended. This was done within 30 – 45 minutes so thank you very much for that Lilly. We informed Lilly about the time we were going to get to the apartment. She met us at the apartment, checked us in and answered all our questions. Throughout our holiday Google translate app was a life saver 😊 The apartment was very clean, bright, homely and well equipped. The bathroom had toiletries as well. Lilly had thought about everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The complementary water bottles and cartons of juices etc were a very nice touch and we really appreciated them. The location of the flat suited us to sightsee most of the places we wanted to visit around the area. There was plenty of free street parking outside the flat. It was my birthday while we were staying at this apartment so I asked Lilly to recommend a restaurant. Lilly booked a restaurant for us one evening as we did not speak Italian. We were vegetarians so we really appreciated Lilly conveying our dietary requirements to the restaurant. We had a lovely meal and the red wine in this region is absolutely delicious 😊 Overall, we had an excellent stay here and highly recommend it Nothing
