- Jayne (10/5): Perfect stay, we will be back - Property was amazing. Clean comfortable breakfast was very good. My eyes were bigger than my belly.🤦♀️ Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing to dislike!
- Joanne (10/5): -
- Ann (9/5): A 4 day break celebrating a birthday - We had a lovely big bathroom with a sitting room also, which is just perfect for relaxing, very comfortable big bed.
Carol was great attending to your every need, nothing a problem.
Will definitely go back there.
- Robert (10/5): Super find, we will be back for sure - Nicely located in a quiet area with plenty of parking but just a 10 minute walk to the town and beach.
Lovely room, superb breakfast and very welcoming host. Nothing.
- chris (10/5): - everything nothing
- Morwen (10/5): Wonderful place to stay , thoroughly enjoyed it ! - The location was excellent nice and quiet , but within walking distance of Hunstanton Centre , the beautiful cliffs and beach of Old Hunstanton
Very welcoming , friendly and helpful staff !
My room was clean and beautifully decorated with a seaside theme . Water and fresh milk were provided for tea coffee in the room .
A Full English Breakfast was delicious and I chose my options . Fresh fruit yogurt cereals and toast were also available
Staff were very understanding about my allergy to feathers and reassured me that the room was feather free ! It’s not a criticism but perhaps the only thing I can think that would have made my stay in my room a bit more relaxing , would be a comfy chair to sit in to read a book and enjoy a hot drink
- Ball (10/5): -
- pearson (10/5): Heating - Bed was lovely, breakfast was excellent, host was lovely and especially betty the dog When we came back from a walk in to town ,heating was off and it was rather cold ,I just think if its cold out ,then heating should of been on ,just so its comfortable, and maybe some curtains as the sun light in the morning woke me up really early.
- Jan (10/5): -
- paolina (9/5): - A cooked breakfast was very good, plus additional fruit and cereals were a lovely addition
The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was EXTREMELY comfy!
- Richard (10/5): The best b&b we have used - Breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect, easy to park, short walk to sea front and really quiet Nothing

This was my second visit, hope to return next year Absolutely nothing

Bathroom, especially shower, very small.

- Sue (10/5): It was homely, comfortable and we had a lovely relaxing stay. - In a good location for walking into the town centre and the promenade. It was clean, the staff were lovely, and the breakfast was cooked to order, hot and tasty. N/A
- Clulow (9/5): Lovely B&B, welcoming hosts, lovely clean and tidy room - Great b&b, Room was excellent with a fantastic bathroom, clean and tidy, good breakfast

- John (10/5): Very welcoming Laurie and her staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great room no1. - Breakfast was excellent cooked fresh. Everything spotless and clean nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Staying longer we will return
- Charlotte (9/5): Lovely boutique B&B in Hunstanton - Lovely privately ran B&B, well located in Hunstanton in a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the seafront and main town. Rooms are furnished to a high quality. Breakfast was lovely, nice quality ingredients. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Our room had a free standing bath in it, which we weren't sure about initially but we did use it as we thought why not! I understand the other room has a little private sitting room off it which sounded lovely. I think the best thing about Betty's is the owner clearly cares and puts in the effort to make sure guests have a nice stay and only has a couple of rooms she lets out, so had a real personal touch. Nothing we didn't like.
- Rich (10/5): - Very good breakfast.location was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better host..
- Raymond (9/5): - A very clean room and a very good breakfast. Nothing
- Dianne (10/5): - Exceptional hospitality, beautiful clean rooms, and breakfast were amazing. Gorgeous comfortable bed. Laurie and the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, home from home.
We are definitely going again next year.
- Julian (10/5): -
- Susie (8/5): We had a comfortable two night stay. - Very comfortable bedroom. Good breakfast Bit weird having the bath, which we didn’t use, in the bedroom
Very small shower room.
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Sara (10/5): - Lovely comfy beds. Beautiful White Company bedlinen. Great setup with breakfast menu. Very welcoming hosts. They went above and beyond for my mums birthday.
- Tina (10/5): Fantastic rooms, good attention to detail, exceptionally clean, friendly staff , - High standard rooms, above expectations Nothing
- Anthony (9/5): -
- CHRISTOPHER (10/5): -
- Alison (9/5): - Cleanliness, quality cotton bedding, modern decoration, breakfast, lovely staff, location. Small lounge room might benefit from a comfy sofa. Steps down to it could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Door didn't close on tv lounge, so couldn't separate tv noise from bedroom, if you want to read.
- Jennifer (8/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): Pure luxury friendly B&B - This is a pure luxury Bed & Breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean. Ours was more of a suite with the lovely little sitting room attached. The linen was fresh and so comfy. The bathroom was straight out of homes and gardens! Every little detail has been thought out. The breakfast was delicious and when they noticed I’d asked for all veggie options they quickly offered me veggie sausages the following day and thereafter. There was an excellent choice of cereals, muesli, toast, fresh fruit and yogurt. Tea and coffee in big pots/cafetière (with no dripping) and more if you want another brew! Laurie and Mark and their team were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a joy to stay here and we’ve already booked for next Summer! This place is perfect and for “Steve”, and his wife, who stayed during the same week we did, I think they were giving reviews to a different establishment or are trying to sabotage this business!
- Julie (10/5): Beautiful b & b with great location - Lovely b&b with a great location for the shops and beach. Beautiful room with separate area for the bathroom with a sitting room bit to watch TV. More like a suite for the price of a room. Really nice breakfast included in the price. Owners really friendly and let us keep our things at the property after check out which gave us bonus time in hunstanton. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back soon.

- Lorraine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cherry (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly welcome, delicious breakfast 😋, very comfortable rooms and a bonus with our own private lounge. We will return for another relaxing break. So close to town, theatre and beach all with walking distance. Absolutely nothing
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Sotiroulla (7/5): The room was lovely and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the bacon we were given for breakfast was overcooked (to a cris - Nice room and close to sea
- John (10/5): Brilliant - First Rate Nothing
- Alan (9/5): A really well run b&b - The host Laurie was a lovely lady. Happy friendly and accommodating. Everything you would expect from the host. The other 2 ladies who helped Carol & Sally were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A really great team. Nothing
- Sally (8/5): Lovely location, very pretty room and friendly helpful staff - The room was lovely and the separate seating area was a nice touch. The duvet was very heavy and I got really hot at night so went out and bought a thin blanket
- Marina (10/5): A little gem boutique guesthouse in Hunstanton. - A gem boutique guesthouse. I was very plesantly surpised as to the attention to details in the room. Bathrobe and slippers which is always lovely to have when staying away. The room was very comfortable and lots of space. The bathroom was spacious with a free standing bath tub and toiletress. The small sitting room next to the bedroom with tea and coffee supplied and another TV was a great addition.
The staff were very friendly and eager to please. I felt at home. A short walk to the beach, bus stop and all the restuarants in Hunstanton.
The cooked breakfast was lovely with a good pot of tea. I have to say that there was nothing I didn't like.
- Caroline (9/5): A beautiful guesthouse with homely touches. - The guesthouse is really a perfect combination of style and comfort.
The bedroom is a good size with an en suite shower room. There is a really nice stand-alone bath on a raised area in the bedroom. There are many nice style features, such as the rubber plant at one end of the bath, adding colour. As soon as I saw it, I just had to have a bath. Love the added ‘fun touch’ of the very big rubber duck at the side of the bath.
The bed was very comfortable. There were some great features such as the barista style coffee maker with a good selection of pods, in addition to the kettle, biscuits and sachets. As well as the individual milk-pods, there is a fridge situated in part of the wardrobe with fresh milk. Also offered, are two towelling robes and new pairs of slippers.
The breakfast/dining room is on the same floor as the bedroom we stayed in. Breakfast is included in the price of the room, and there is an option for a cooked breakfast (there is a form that you can use to tick the items that you would like included in your cooked breakfast, that you just hand in the night before).
Street parking is easy to find, and very convenient.
I realise that I am saying a lot, but there are a lot of good things that deserve a mention.
The lady - Laurie, who owns this establishment is very nice and friendly, as are all members of staff at Betty’s.
One more little bonus thing - I love that ‘Betty’s’ is named after the owner’s pet Dachshund. I can’t really think of anything that I didn’t like. The only thing that was not so good (and this is being picky) was that the cafetière was leaking messily from the top, and running down the outside of it, when you poured the coffee out, due to the design of the lip. This was at breakfast. We have however, already mentioned this, and to be honest, it wasn’t too much of a problem, as the tables were so easy to wipe down. Everything in the design of the breakfast room was very practical, and user-friendly, with the exception of the cafetières.
- William (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable room clean and tidy
Breakfast was excellent
The host and staff were very friendly and welcoming
The location to seafront and town was ideal
Parking was easy right outside property
Ideal place to stay to visit the delights of Hunstanton 😀😀 Nothing not to like
- Beachy (10/5): Perfect stay - Great breakfast, perfectly cooked. Spacious, comfy room with a great bathroom, as well as a separate sitting area with second TV! The bedding smelled wonderful. Laurie was very friendly but not intrusive. She had thought of everything you could possibly need - water in the mini fridge, bathrobes and slippers, nice toiletries and lots of electrical plugs including phone charger ports. Great location - just a minute’s walk to the sea and a few minutes to the shops and amenities and a short walk to the bus station. N/A
- Barbara (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at Betty’s. Laurie and Carol made us so welcome and the breakfasts were beautifully cooked. A re - Fabulously large room - so light and airy and tastefully decorated.
- Jacqui (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. Lovely room , very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. There was nothing I didn't like.
- Maureen (9/5): Location was near all amenities, bus to everywhere e great - Location great, breakfast superb, very clean staff was attentive polite would certainly return
- Stephen (9/5): very good overall - Breakfast was cooked beautifully and had everything I requested. The breakfast room cum lounge was great and useful for relaxing and reading in the evening rather than sitting in my room watching tv. As an often early riser I would have liked breakfast perhaps at 8am rather than 8.30am especially when wanting to travel along the rather slow, but interesting, coast road to Sheringham/Cromer to get an early free parking spot.
- Alexander (10/5): Betty's the Best!. - The room was luxurious
& so comfortable. Didn't want for anything.
Great choices for breakfast & was cooked to perfection. 11 out of 10 for the poached eggs (whoop)!!
Felt at home & spoilt.
Close to the beach but at the same time quiet & relaxed.
Fantastic hosts, we've found our go to place! See you soon 'Betty' Thank you!! Not one thing!.

Super comfortable and large room. Some quality details, such as robes and slippers and fantastic bedding, elevated the experience. Perhaps consider better options for veggie breakfast. What was cooked was lovely though!
- Tracey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (8/5): Great location & yummy breakfasts - The breakfasts were really good & the owners very kindly let us store our guitars and amp from a gig in the room (there was a separate space in the room that worked well for storing them) The space around the bed was pretty tight & managed to bruise my leg on the frame!
