• Patrick (7/5): Dangerous access road or plan for long trip around to get to beaches and town - The property is beautiful, especially the gardens. The unit was clean and comfortable. Nice view from the unit - but not spectacular. Nice set of welcome gifts - nice items versus junk food many hosts offer. Comfortable beds with decent linens. Well equipped kitchen although no microwave and fry pan scratched. Nice bathroom with excellent shower- best in Greece . Good communication with prop. manager and owner. A nightmare getting to the property as main highway (82) to Pilos is closed for construction. We were not told or warned about this and Google Maps took us through Pila which is not a road fit for tourists. It's the worst road we drove on in Greece (no guard rails and steep drop offs, etc.) and a truck crossed into our lane on a hairpin turn and slammed into the side of our car. The safe way to get there is to go around through Kremmoidia which takes an extra 15-20 minutes but is safe (this is the official detour route). We were not told about this. The unit itself is missing a dining table and microwave. It has no freezer (very small fridge) but there is one in the common area you can use where the washer is also located. We were not given a late check out the day we left even though I told prop. manager we wanted to leave at 12 because we had to deal with car accident reporting. This was strange because the place was empty. There was also a slight musty smell but maybe because the unit was closed up all winter. Some noise from road construction in AM.

Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet für 2 Personen alles was man sich wünscht 😊 Die Uhrzeit des Check in ,da wir nur 2 Übernachtungen hatten war es zu kurz um alles Schöne im und um das Haus zu genießen! Es war traumhaft schön und gebe die Empfehlung mindestens 3-4 Nächte zu buchen.

La nature est belle, le logement très agréable, très bien décoré et parfaitement équipé, dans le calme absolu. Angie est adorable, très disponible, réactive et attentionnée. Nous avons déjà recommandé ce logement à des amis pour leurs vacances et nous reviendrons !

• Remus (10/5): Excellent conditions for a relaxing holiday! - We stayed at Eftopia villa for our beach vacation and it was an excellent choice. Their location is convenient as they are away from the traffic yet not isolated. There are numerous beautiful beaches and tavernas in the proximity (around 10-15 min drive) worth visiting. As for the villas themselves, they are in perfect condition. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing to the eye, with carefully selected decoration and comfy leisure spaces but the hygiene is impeccable. The beds and showers showed perfect condition, never giving that icky sensation you might feel in places outside of home, and the kitchen and cutlery were perfectly clean. We came to this villa to relax, which was done to the fullest thanks to the amazing conditions and comfortable location. Additionally, the hosts were super nice and very chatty, always open to giving suggestions. They even had a little storage room with a washing machine, mini library and sun umbrellas to offer. Highly recommended! All was perfect!

• Florian (10/5): Wonderful spacious stay in the nature - It was a Perfect stay. We were in apartment No1 which was Even bigger than the pictures promised. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Wanderful Terrasse with lots of space, very Green and enough places to sit and lay down. The Pool had the Perfect Temperature, inside AC in every room and Even a dishwasher! Wonderful bathrooms. I also used the outdoor gym a few times - Perfect idea! Just 15 min by car to pylos which was wonderful! Angie was super supportive, showed us around and was responding super fast with lots of helpful Information. I could write even more, but in short: we would definitely stay again and 100% recommend eftopia ;)!

We had some issues with our flight and got to Greece 1 day later than expected. Angie even let us stay the missed day. Thank you again so much. We had a great start in our vacation, the villa is perfect and has everything you need in a vacation. The verenda, bathrooms and bed are great. So much space in the kitchen to prepare breakfast. I even harvested some melons for breakfast in the bio garden. The entire design of the place is calming you instantly. We will definitely come back! Much love!

• Cornelia (10/5): Wonderful - Our stay at Eftopia was one of a kind... We were welcomed by the owner Angie who showed us around. The establishment lies hidden in a olive tree Grove and consists of 3 beautiful little houses that have been decorated with love and taste. You can house 4 people per house. The house has also 2 bathrooms. The whole house is beautiful and has everything you need for a perfect relaxing vacation. There is a little diving pool under a beautiful banana tree and you have a beautiful view of the Navarino Bay from your deck. I was sad to leave but have already booked another stay next year
• Alexandros (10/5): Perfect. I would stay there again! - Everything was great. The host was beyond amazing. They were also offering free Stand up Paddles if you wanted to try. They were cleaning the room everyday to perfection - only entering the room after we left. One of the best places we have ever stayed at! Only "negative" thing I could say is that you need a car to stay there as it is not easy to move around otherwise. But that is often the case in Greece...

A huge compliment to Angie and David for creating this dreamlike place. Just 10-15 minutes away, you’ll find a stunning bay with excellent restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for more!

• Brittany (10/5): The most special and memorable stay. - Words can’t fully capture the beauty and soul of this hidden gem along the Peloponnese. The property is so thoughtfully designed with no detail left unattended, creating a perfect blend of luxury and functionality. Every corner reflects a deep sense of care and craftsmanship, from the unbelievable glass-roofed rainfall showers to the fantastic modern dinnerware and appliances offered in the very well-designed kitchen. Communication with David and Angie was always prompt, professional, and friendly, and they really go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable and special stay. Their ethos and vision shines through in all the details at Eftopia. Throughout our time there, we enjoyed spending hours in the cold plunge pool outside the bedroom, eating our own home-cooked meals on the large deck, going for a bike ride along the surrounding roads (they offer bikes free to use), and watching the most glorious sunsets each night. We also visited Voidokilia Beach, which is less than a 30-minute drive away and one of the most stunning beaches in Greece. We have stayed in several 5-star accommodations around the world and none of them hold a candle to our experience at Eftopia. David and Angie have put so much love into the place, which you can not only see but also feel while you're staying there. My only word of advice is to make sure you book this place at the end of your trip in Greece as nowhere else afterwards will compare! It was the true highlight of our three weeks exploring the Peloponnese. N/A

• Obiora (10/5): Great hosts. Great premises. Great stay. - Eftopia was an absolute gem of a find and surpassed all our expectations. Our host, Angie, was proactive when reaching out on our arrival and extremely responsive to any/all queries we had during our stay - it was clear from the moment we set foot on the premises that thought and care had clearly gone in to the detail of the property, and the overall customer experience. All rooms were air conditioned, both the bathroom and kitchen were stocked with all the necessary amenities to arrive and settle in (including complementary bottles of waters in the fridge, seasonings/utensils for basic cooking in the kitchen and a fully stocked laundry room (for those who like to wash their clothes on holiday)). Words can't quite do Eftopia enough justice but I'd recommend it to anyone considering a stay in this area. Only call out would be that it's a little tricky to get to/from here without a car!

• Rachel (10/5): Tranquil beautiful house In incredible part of the world - The property is super quiet surrounded by olive groves. The design is beautiful and very tranquil. Beds were hard and very comfortable. Slept so well there. Sunsets absolutely beautiful. Location is 15- 30 minute drive to incredible costa navarino beaches, pylos town, and waterfall hike. Lovely restaurants around. Helpful hosts and left some fruit and essentials for us. Didn’t know we arrived on a bank holiday so Lidl and most places shut.

• Stefan (10/5): Beyond perfection. True paradise. - The place is stunning. It has this Bali, Mexico vibe. It is a perfect spot to run away from crowds, but at the same time to be close to some resorts if you feel like being among people. We have chosen this place because we play golf and Eftopia is perfectly located close to all 4 courses in Costa Navarino. Then we realized that Eftopia is so good for so many more reasons. It is a very stylish place – the interior, but also gardens are built with a great attention to details. When you arrive, you are being surprised with a bowl full of fresh fruit and then in the fridge, there are also some extras that make you smile. There is a big flat screen, if you feel like watching Netflix or anything else, but seriously – in this place this will be the last thing you want to do. You have comfy sunbeds to lie down and read a book in a quiet atmosphere, you have yoga mats to practice at sunrises or sunsets, a big table outside to have a romantic dinner and a cute jacuzzi to cool down in the heat of Greece. The beds are very comfortable, above the showers you will see a glass roof – amazing. The owners are extremally nice, helpful and understanding. We will definitely get back! n/a
• Andrea (10/5): efTOPia - The house is really nice and from the terrasse you can see the sea. Contemporary and original. We loved the concept and the eco consciousness. They're very private and they leave you your own space. The kitchen is well equipped and you can use a washing machine and icemaker in a commun area. The beds are comfortable and there's a huge shower with a skylight. We had a great experience and we recommend it. Everything was perfect just some.suggestions. It would be nice having a nespresso machine and some bowls for the breakfast A higher fence close to the outdoor tub it would be helpful to keep privacy between the houses. The air-conditioning close to the bed can be unpleasant.

• Pigi (10/5): Clean, chill, relaxing , exceptional! - The property and the whole experience were excellent. When you get in the place , you get a very calm and relaxing vibe. There are two bedrooms (each one has their own bathroom, which was very important for us). The outdoor was as good as the indoor , a very chill and relaxing place. We didn’t really want to leave the property to go out!

• Yorgos (10/5): Beautifully designed homes nested in an olive orchard - Great architecture and design matching the surrounding area. Nice furniture. Good mattresses. Friendly hosts. Welcome gift was on point. Good views of the area. You can see parts of the golf courses and the sea. Near the golf courses. The owners have thought of everything really. You will enjoy your stay. The rules set are somewhat strict , unlike what you would expect in Greece, and this might not be okay with everyone. For example no smoking anywhere in the property. Luckily I don't smoke, so I did not mind. Communication about the rules was also very foreign to a Greek mindset, as in "you are not allowed to do X and if you do there is a penalty of XXX euros". The road between the property and the nearby town of Yalova is very curvy and can be a little difficult at night.

It’s obvious that David and Angie put a lot of love into the place. It was so quiet and comfortable we will definitely stay again. This is really stretching because their wasn’t anything we didn’t like; we couldn’t find any wine glasses and a place to hang the hand towel in the bathroom would be nice.
