Pagal nuorodas,nupasakojimus vietą radome labai lengvai. Apartamentai senamiestyje. Viskas labai gerai. Nepagailekite prie sumos ir uzsisakytkite pusrycius ypac jeigu atvykote vakare (nepasikrausite nereikalingu galvosukiu). Kadangi musu atvykimas buvo vakare mes sypermarket neradome, bet vyno buteli nusileide įsigijom barely. Vaizdas su vakariniu vaizdu i Sassi ir vynas - tobula. Labai rekomenduojame. Mes apsistojom 6 zmones, apartamentai silti, jaukus. Patalyne ir ranksluosciai balti svarus. Internetas, prausimosi priemones.

Me trajeron focaccia y croissant normales. Por suerte no me arriesgué a comer y le escribí a la encargada para que me confirmara.. después de mi insistencia, ya que se tomó su tiempo para responderme y para “averiguar” si era sin gluten ( cuando ella misma lo había llevado) me respondió que no habían conseguido opciones sin gluten. Me parece una negligencia y no le dieron importancia, siendo un tema de salud

• Copersino (7/5): Ultimately the room was fine - spacious, comfortable and right in the heart of the sassi. But know you’re essentially in - The location was excellent , although not easy to get to. It really is an Airbnb - not a staffed facility - which is was not clear to me when I booked. As a solo traveler I really needed more help given the challenging nature of accessing the property in the sassi zone. Communication was very poor and questions often weren’t answered. I had specific questions regarding being dropped off and picked up by a private car that was pre-arranged for me that I needed to know ahead of time and despite my asking it was not communicated to me how challenging this would be. They refused to answer specific questions ahead of time which made it pretty stressful to arrive and depart. I also had been told I could leave luggage there when I arrived before check in time and at the last minute was told I couldn’t leave luggage. They suggested a luggage storage facility which I then had a car drop me to but then had to figure out getting to the accommodation from as it was not walkable with luggage. When I asked for help they just didn’t answer me. I actually thought for a while I was going to have to find somewhere else to stay and just eat what I had paid them. As someone who had been leading yoga retreats around the world for 18 years (and I was in fact off to lead a retreat after my time in Matera )I found them remarkably unhelpful.

• Christophe (9/5): Everything about the hotel and its location was magnificent. - The accommodation is full of charm and ideally located, the roof terrace is magnificent, and everything can be visited on foot. The accommodation is difficult to access with large suitcases. The breakfast could be improved compared to the hotels of previous days.

• Pavia (10/5): A good choice for staying in the Sassi of Matera. - Seicentotufi is located right in the heart of Sasso Barisano in Matera. It is on a main street, which is good because Matera is built on a hillside and many lodgings require a bit of an uphill climb on "streets" comprised of steps. The apartment was very spacious with a small balcony in front that overlooked the street and a separate rooftop terrace with expansive views of the beautiful buildings in the Sassi. The nighttime views were even more beautiful. The owner provided breakfasts for us each morning, consisting of focaccia, small sandwiches on croissants and cornetti. We couldn't see the ancient cave dwellings from the apartment, but it was not a long walk to reach the ravine. It was about a 20-minute walk to Matera Centrale, the train station in the modern town, and about 8 minutes further to the Freccialink bus stop. There are not really two bedrooms. One private bedroom with bath is upstairs, but the other bed is at one end of the main living area and uses the bathroom down the hall. This is clearly shown in the photos; it was not a deal breaker for us as we were two single individuals traveling together. While being on a main street was convenient, it was a little noisy in the mornings, which of course, couldn't be helped.

Très spacieux et confortable Une salle de bain par chambre L’hébergement n’est pas troglodyte et donc il est très lumineux et sans humidité. L’espace repas dispose d’une fenêtre au sol qui n’apporte pas beaucoup de lumière. Le bruit des poubelles dans la rue tôt le matin…

• Raymond (10/5): Stunning apartment in the heart of stunning Matera. - This is a spectacular, spacious apartment in the best location. Numerous great restaurants very close by. It was great to have a balcony and a terrace to lounge and take in the sights. I could have stayed there for a week. View from the window was your classic beautiful Matera view. Beverages and snacks provided as was a bagged breakfast each morning. Everything was walkable from the apartment and we enjoyed wandering throughout the beautiful Sassi. Finding the apartment was a challenge (as was parking). We could have benefitted from better directions (Google maps etc are of no use in the Sassi) but once you are there you forget all of that. Rooftop was lovely to have but the furniture dated and not comfortable. A sun umbrella might have been nice if they are allowed in Matera. Breakfast was so-so
• ANDREA PASQUALE (8/5): - Bellissimo e caratteristico appartamento nel centro di Matera. Purtroppo la colazione fresca che ci doveva essere recapitata al mattino non è arrivata. Abbiamo risolto con i prodotti e il caffè già presenti in dotazione nell'appartamento.
• Zuzanna (9/5): - Miejsce warte swojej ceny dla widoków z tarasu. Samo wnętrze również ciekawie urządzone. W środku dużo naturalnego światła. Dodatkowo super lokalizacja - blisko restauracje i centrum. Śniadanie było w porządku, ale bez szału. Nocowaliśmy w apartamencie z piatku na sobotę i obok w restauracji była duża impreza na zewnątrz. Na początku było to fajne bo można było poczuć włoski klimat, po kilku godzinach męczące. Osobiście nie podobało mi się również to że na tarasie meble byly połamane i podarte. Ekspres do kawy też nie działał tak jak powinien. Pomimo minusów i tak moim zdaniem warto - miejsce, taras rekompensuje wszytko.

The front door lock needs to be repaired or replaced — every time we tried to open it it took 10-15 minutes turning and struggling and pushing. Eventually it would finally randomly click and open. We had three different people trying it and this happened every time we needed to open the front door. Thank goodness it wasn’t raining as being out in the weather trying unsuccessfully to open the door at night for 10-15 minutes was bad enough. Great place and location but fear of being locked out with no on location support would make us not select this apartment again. The front door lock needs to be repaired or replaced

There should have been a place that we could lock from the inside or at least say: do not disturb. Was really unacceptable.

• Corina (9/5): Great location, spotless clean apartment, good breakfast - Location is one of the best in Matera. You can easily reach the property using google maps. The room was big enough for a couple. The apartment was spotless clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was brought in the morning from a bakery consisted of 2 cornetti with salami, 2 croissants, and panini with tomatoes. We were not given instructions on how to access the rooftop, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property, but unfortunately we couldn’t reach it. The room is not very bright, but this is quite common for properties in Matera. Communication with the host was poor.

Można zamówić transfer z parkingu do apartamentu. Doceniam wskazówki gospodarza związane z parkowaniem. Troszkę zamieszania w kontakcie i śniadanie a w zasadzie jego brak. Śniadanie możliwe było po godzinie 8:00, wydaje mi się że standard to 7:00 - 10:00. Ja o 8:00 musiałem już opuścić apartament aby dotrzeć na lotnisko. Na szczęście cena śniadania nie była wygórowana.

• Faith Thomson (7/5): Good value room in Matera - The property is very centrally located, room is huge and built into the caves, which is very cool. The included breakfast was very varied and fresh. The hosts provided good recommendations for parking which was very useful ahead of arrival. It wasn’t clear at the time of booking that the balcony is for another room (this was the main reason that I booked the property) - so we were disappointed in that. The presentation of the breakfast and drop off could have been better, as it was just dropped off in a bag in the box outside the room. Similarly, the communication from the hosts was pretty short and unfriendly, I think there could have been more care taken there - we didn’t actually see anyone in person.

• MichiMonso (9/5): Un gioiello nel cuore dei Sassi - Posizione eccezionale nel cuore del Sasso Barisano, appartamento su 2 livelli, molto spazioso e confortevole e dotato di una terrazza privata con vista meravigliosa sulla città e il Duomo. Davvero un gioiello. Al nostro arrivo in frigo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e succhi, molto buona la colazione con gustosi prodotti freschi dolci e salati consegnati al mattino. Abbiamo avuto un paio di contrattempi, purtroppo al piano superiore non arrivava l’acqua calda e la macchina del caffè non funzionava bene, sono certa che torneremo e sarà tutto perfetto.

Da dificuldade de transportar a bagagem e a dificuldade em estacionar o carro e situar a casa a chegada. A pessoa que estava a fazer o checkin também não ajudou nada e tivemos bastante dificuldade em localizar a casa, com as malas às costas e as crianças a reclamar… bastaria que a pessoa que faz o checkin tivesse vindo nos receber e encaminhar a casa para a experiência ter sido maravilhosa do princípio ao fim!

Nous avons grandement apprécié cette immersion dans Matera le temps d’une nuit et pu profiter de la terrasse au petit matin pour voir la ville se réveiller. Le logement est très confortable et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Cinzia è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, rispondendo subito a ogni nostra richiesta. La casa ci ha conquistati: accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio, completa di tutti i comfort e persino oltre le nostre aspettative. Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con grande piacere!

• José Alberto (10/5): Um dos melhores e mais bonitos locais em que já fiquei hospedado. Alojamento de sonho com vistas de cortar a respiração - Localização e comodidades, incluindo pequeno almoço. Tinha uma pequena varanda muito agradável e um terraço, em cima, com vistas 360° À noite, havia um pouco de ruído apesar do excelente isolamento acústico
