No apartamento havia itens pessoais ou do anfitrião ou do hóspede anterior. Exemplo: roupas estendidas na área de serviço, itens de higiene pessoal expostos no banheiro. Isso poderia ser evitado, para que os hóspedes tenham uma experiência mais personalizada.

Não havia água quente nos chuveiros, nunca passei por isso em nenhuma hospedagem. Não foi fornecida a senha do WiFi. As camas não estavam prontas para uso. O apartamento estava sujo, especialmente o piso, muita poeira e fios de cabelo espalhados por todo os ambientes.
