• Ciaran (10/5): - The whole experience of staying here was great. Owners went above and beyond to help us settle in and were very polite. The apartment was in a quiet street a short walk from the main area. A selection of great pizza places so close. A large supermarket five minutes walk away. The town itself is buzzing with life and a great few days were had here. Thankyou once again.

• Olcese (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious and clean. Parking is on the street, but I have not found difficulty to find a spot, for a big SUV, at any time. while still working, the washing machine has the bearings gone and needs to be repaired or changed. Very noisy

We loved that we could wash our clothes as we stayed in Rome the week before. There was a balcony and rack to dry our clothes. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had 2 bathrooms so each couple had their privacy. Right across the street was a little bar (Bar A>IKA) ) which served delicious expresso and croissants. Bar Blu was also around the corner. There was a grocery store (Conad) around the block which was super convenient. Also there was a delicious pizza shop (La Pala) one block away. This apartment had an elevator as we stayed on the 4th floor. Our host Massimo, was very accommodating. The apartment was stocked with utensils, pans,dishes, glasses. Massimo left maps and very clear instructions on how to operate everything in the apartment. He also gave us a number for a taxi to get us to the port. Took about 10 minutes to get to the Celebrity terminal. In order to get into the front door you need to go down about 4 steps from the street. This was not a problem for us, but be aware if you have problems walking or have heavy suitcases.

• Meagan (9/5): spacious well appointed apartment walking distance to all amenities including train and cruise port - a wonderful stay! the host welcomed us with a brief tour of the apartment and showed us around a map of civitavecchia to direct us to all the close by amenities. the apartment is well situated about a 15 min walk from the train station and cruise port respectively. 5 minutes to a well appointed grocery store. 1-2 mins from local pizza la pala (excellent pizza, but be prepared to have some fun translating if you don’t know Italian. highly recommend their supplì as well) and local pasticceria (bakery) blu. 10-15 mins from multiple gelato shops. The apartment itself is tremendously spacious and includes all essential amenities (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, fridge, stove, oven, kettle, washer, drying rack (no dryer) and hair dryer). there are two balconies - the east one gets good and hot from morning to mid day, and there are lovely sunsets off the west one. the area is relatively quiet, and when you close windows and shutters the sound proofing is quite good. The apartment is on the fourth floor but there is a small elevator if you have many bags. We had a great stay and trust that you will as well! the chairs are not the most comfortable and the shower head has been impacted by hard water (a bit clogged with calcium/lime) but these were small
