• luigi (5/5): - Senza finestre, con solo delle cancellate che davano direttamente sulla strada coperte da vetri sottili che non riuscivano ad attutire il rumore della strada. Presenza di scarafaggi. Troppo caro in proporzione alla qualità e servizi offerti

• Valeria (8/5): Todo muy bien muy satisfecha - Todo estuvo muy agradable sea la habitación muebles y cocina y lo mas importante primer piso muy cómodo todo Deberían mejor un poquito la ducha muchas cosas para utilizar la llave del agua y atención con el desahogo del agua demora un poquito en pasar

• JOSÉ (10/5): - Mirian fue muy amable y atenta a nuestra llegada. El alojamiento está bien ubicado en una zona con mucha vida y muchos comercios de barrio. Quizá debido a la lluvia había un ligero mal olor por las cañerías, pero ocurría igual en toda la ciudad.

• Paula (8/5): Perfecta para volver de visitar la ciudad y relajarte, cocinar algo, ducharte y dormir. Sofá 10/10 - La decoración, nada recargada y todo super limpio. Muy agradable. Dado que volvía muy cansada y cocinábamos lo justo, era agradable que estuviese todo a mano y no hubiese objetos por medio que complicasen el movimiento. Locales de comida latina sabrosa por doquier. Si vuelves con gran agotamiento y dolor en todo el cuerpo, el colchón es bastante duro. No ayuda a relajar los músculos. El sofá para esto 10 de 10 recomendado. Todo lo demás, perfecto. Cosas que a mi me resultaron de menor importancia y no es que 'no me gustasen': Quizá necesite alguna taza extra, mantelitos para no estropear las mesas y jabones para mantener limpia la cocina para quien venga después. Puede que escuches ruido por la noche. El lavabo del baño necesita reposar el peso sobre un mueble para evitar que termine cayendo. (Me encantaría volver).
• Rafa3l (9/5): Escapada a Barcelona - La vivienda está renovada, todo estaba extremadamente limpio y gracias al aire acondicionado pudimos estar muy cómodos, en la gran ola de calor que sufrió Barcelona en esa fecha. La calidad del WiFi, que en algunas ocasiones se caía y no dejaba ver la película con fluidez y que la TV no tenia antena colocada, con lo cual sólo puedes consumir Smart TV. Es cierto que hay algo de ruido al lado del dormitorio, pero no supone, en nuestro caso, un gran problema, se podía descansar con normalidad.

Place is totaly ground level, renovated shop with shop windows with no insulation at all. You can hear street brooming and people caughing, speaking. Hardly to sleep at night.

• Hristova (4/5): The property was new and clean but very noisy. There were a lot of people screaming outside and the police was called. E - Positives: The furniture was new and comfortable. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The Wi-Fi worked well without any issues, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Negatives: The apartment is on the ground floor right next to a bar, and the noise was unbearable. Every night we dealt with loud shouting and laughing making it impossible to sleep. One night even escalated to a fight, with the police being called—it was genuinely frightening, and we didn’t feel safe at all. The bedroom’s setup offered no privacy or noise protection. The only barrier between us and the street was a curtain and a no soundproofed glass door. For fresh air, we had to open the balcony door in the kitchen, which left us on full display to everyone outside. It felt incredibly exposed and uncomfortable. The noise wasn’t limited to the street, either. Inside the building, we could hear every person entering or exiting, with doors slamming and footsteps echoing loudly in the hallways. Even the upstairs neighbors using their toilet and shower could be clearly heard, making it impossible to relax or get a decent night’s rest.
