Maureen (4/5): Acco.modation needs to offer more than a view - The location was extremely convenient. The beds were comfortable. The furniture, the carpets and the blinds were grubby and well past their use by date. In fact my sister couldn't sit on the lounge as it made her feel itchy. The worst element was the 'public toilet smell" that emanated from both bathrooms permeating both the bedrooms and even the living room. After 3 days of this we were glad to check out.

Sarah (9/5): Memorable views and comfortable experience. - Great location for Aotea Centre and car parking. Friendly helpful building occupants. Teh view was superb, and the facilities are comprehensive. Beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this as an ideal central city stay.
