Important Information
Please remove the word "hotel" as we are not operating as a hotel. We provide an access code for guests to enter. The only staff we have on-site are the cleaning ladies and a person who does maintenance work as needed.
There are no refrigerators inside the rooms; there is a shared refrigerator in the kitchen.
We do not always offer to carry guests' luggage upstairs; we do so when we can coordinate with an available person.
To access the property, it is necessary to climb a steep path, which is not recommended for elderly people, those who are not in good physical condition, pregnant women, or overweight individuals.
Within the room, there is no kitchen; the shared kitchen is located on the fifth level.
There is no lake view, as a house obstructs the view.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

The room and the rooftop have a beautiful view It was a bit of a climb to get there, but there is nothing they can do about that and for the price and location we truly did not mind

- Kenneth (9/5): Superb - The views from the penthouse unit was unbelievable - so nice to see so much of the lake just from sitting in our room! We appreciated having access to drinking water up on the common area on the fifth floor. Check in was smooth and our room was available much earlier in the day than we expected. The room was very spacious and we appreciated having different seating options. The location was very central to the Main Street and easy to get to/from the ferry dock (but be prepared for the short set of steep steps!) There are 2 ceiling fans in the room which helped to stay cool. Would have appreciated somewhere to put soap in the shower area (also a heads up that shower soap is not provided but towels and shampoo are).

- Hashanta (9/5): An impeccable view - The views were breathtaking at every moment of the day. The idea that you could have your own kitchenette was really nice. Glenda was very responsive and attentive to us and we felt taken care for. This was one of the most beautiful stays Not anything negative but just so people are aware for luggage concerns, the reality is that the property is high up on a cliff side overlooking the lake. To get there with big luggage is a bit touch but not impossible as we were 3 ladies with 3 big bags and we lugged them by ourselves both ways.

- Crey (4/5): Not worth the money. - The staff we met were friendly. The view from our balcony was great. There was a large kitchen where you could cook your own food. Unfortunately, this property fell short of what we expected and what was advertised. There is only one room that is as pictured and this is not the room we were given. Our room was much smaller, darker, no view from the room itself, a very small bathroom. Breakfast was advertised as being included and we even got a message after we booked it from the owner/manager saying we would receive breakfast...we did not. During our stay 2 out of 3 days there was building work going on in the building itself and no running water on our final day. Overall, this place fell short of our expectations. We purposely spent more money to 'treat' ourselves here and had we known what we were actually paying for, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Overall the team was quick to respond on whatsapp and helped out with checkin/out process. The location of the hotel was quite hidden and you had to haul everything up a steep set of stairs.

- Kurt (6/5): Great location, great views. Can be very noisy at times - perfect for short trips. - There was a great view from the room - particularly the bathroom! Only a short walk to restaurants and easy to get around. the communal penthouse / kitchen area was Things were a little rough around the edges. While the accommodation looks good on initial glance, you quickly notice the details - or lack there of - which can mar the trip little. It would be great if they could add additional lights in the kitchen area as it was very dark up there in the evenings making it difficult to cook and wash up. Its particularly worth noting that our rooms opened up to the balcony meaning a lot of noise travelled in - particularly fireworks, late night music, and the rooster in the morning. This also meant that you need to go outside to go to the bathroom. Though they did provide robes with helped with this part!
