• Małgorzata (8/5): Dobra miejscówka tranzytowa na jedną noc. - Łatwe zameldowanie i zdalna obsługa. Duże i czyste pomieszczenia. Miłe powitanie - butelka wina. Parking, a właściwie miejsce postojowe przed budynkiem od strony ulicy jest zbyt małe i trudne do zaparkowania dla większych samochodów. W sypialni od strony ulicy duży hałas przy uchylonych oknach.

• Anna (4/5): Mieszkanie w starym domu w małym miasteczku, nawet jako tranzyt raczej nie do powtórzenia. - Wielkość apartamentu i larwy kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną za mieszkanie Niestety zdjęcia przekłamują obraz, mieszkanie w starym domu, koszmarna klatka schodowa, było dość brudno, lepiąca się patelnia, niedomyta płyta ceramiczna i talerze, poustawiane łapki na mole ze złapanymi insektami, stromy zjazd na parking - przy oblodzeniu i opadach śniegu może robić problem, brak jakichkolwiek środków czystości jak np. Mydła. Za tą cenę - nigdy więcej. Wino kiepskiej jakości i czekoladki nie poprawiły nam niestety wrażeń z pobytu, ale zgodnie z obietnicą były.

• Zdenek (9/5): Dobrá cena, flexibilní ubytování - Dobrá dostupnost lyžování - Semmering Stuhleck. Apartmán velký i pro 3-4 osoby. Funkční kuchyň. Parkovací místo u objektu. V apartmánu by mohla být televize. Termostatická baterie v koupelně nefungovala dobře, hrozilo i opaření. V lokalitě vůbec nic není, nutné auto a navštěvovat okolí jak na jídlo tak za atrakcemi nebo sportem.

• Andrea (8/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zweckmäßig und günstig - Es war sauber, nett eingerichtet und sogar mit Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank! Sehr minimalistisch, ein Nachtkästchen und Lampe zum Beispiel wären schon ganz fein ;-)

• Monika (8/5): The region is very nice, we have just slept in the apartment so for us it was ok. - We liked smooth check in, practical set up, parking facility The both beds have the lower mattresses so if you want to sit on the bed you will feel the frame so it is not very comfortable. I would be happy to have more cups and glasses in the apartment. One shower mat and more hand towels will be great The wine was not good at all. The house is next to the main road so in the bedroom close to the road sensitive people will not get a quality rest. Internet was very slow. The dishwasher was a bit stinky. Microwave

We chose it based on the photos on Booking.com which showed it as clean, but in reality the pictures were misleading. The building is old and not suitable for rent. We feel deceived by the photos provided, and Booking should refund at least 50% of the amount Everything,
• Michal (9/5): - Znakomite miejsce na trasie do Słoweni lub Chorwacji żeby przenocować na trasie . Duże pokoje , czysto . Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona . Wygodne łóżka . Self check in . Dobre na 1 noc . 3m od drogi szybkiego ruchu . Przy braku klimatyzacji trzeba otworzyć okna i hałas jest potężny . Gorąco w lecie bardzo . Przy łóżku przydalyby się szafki nocne żeby postawić okulary lub książkę zamiast na podłodze.

• Edmundas (8/5): For one day stop is ok. For more, the owners need more to develop the place. Good luck - We took this place because it’s on a way of our final destination. Price was ok for one night rest and without a lot of expectations. Clean, spacious place. Seems they just starting so it was some inconvenience but wish them good luck. The house is on the active street and to sleep with opened windows means you sleep on a truck road. Place have no air conditioning so we were lucky because the weather was not too hot. Surrounding of the house also need more to care about, because my girls got affraid to come inside (but the apartment itself very bright and nice) Not possibility of internet was also a minute of sadness but it was written, so ….

• Berghammer (8/5): It is perfect for a stay with friends, missing some equipment, but nothing really mandatory - It was nice, good location, close to Hohe Wand and Rax. The host was really nice, always answered really quickly. They helped us out how the heating worked, and when we said there is problem with the bathroom light, they tried to find a technician as soon as possible. When we arrived at the property their was something on the floor in the bathroom, it looked like the wall have started to fall down in some places, and we didn’t got any cleaning materials like a broom or mop.

• Nir (7/5): Good value but some noticeable cons - This apartment is decent and the cosmetic renovation is nice, but at the same time it is somewhat disappointing compared to the 9+ rating it had on the time of the reservation. The pros are: 1) nice recent cosmetic renovation, 2) excellent water pressure The cons are: 1) Partially blocked drain in the shower - the shower gets flooded upon normal usage. 2) No coffee machine in the kitchen (breakfast is not included which is okay if you provide a decent kitchen) 3) No microware in the kitchen 4) Building bones and especially the entrance looks old and somewhat shady (it is literally dark and on a weird, not easy to find location). 5) The beds and beddings are okay but definitely not a 9+. I would recommend to either improve the above or set your expectations for a good value but not a perfect stay in term of the facilities. Hope this helps!

• Viktória (8/5): Very good - The owner was very kind and helpful, the place was tidy and cosy, the kitchen is super for cooking and is well equipped, perfectly close to our destination Semmering and Schneeberg. More than perfect for the price! The bed wasn’t too confortable and the microwave was missing, it was difficult to heat the food up on the stove every time and theres no wifi.

• Mariola (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and warm welcome, thank you for that! Flat is cosy and well - renovated, also well- equipped. It is located close to the highway, which is a great place to make a stay during the long way between Poland and Italy. It also has a parking close to the building.

• Jakub (10/5): Cosy but noisy - We stopped here on our way to Croatia and we were not disappointed. Very comfortable apartment for 4 adults with 1-2 children. No AC plus noise from the main road especially at night and in the early morning can be a bit inconvenient.
• Lukasz (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful place to stay for a family. Large, spacious rooms with good decor. A comfortable and well-maintained bathroom. A pleasant surprise from the owner. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip through Austria.
