• Patrick Aphane (1/5): The SCAM or FAKE Lodge - Nothing The Accomodation Establishment is a scam.. . I BOOKED AND UPON CONFIRMATIO, I recieved what's app to cancel...... I drove to the Location provided and the place does not exist.... Its a scam and I have lost money

Furthermore, we had to wait for the caretaker to arrive and assist us - Property owner and caretaker were not available on time for our arrival - On one of our days there was no water due to their own infrastructure not providing the water. They have a water tank that took several hours to fill up before it was accessible to the tenants

• Dimakatso (1/5): The room is filthy. The toilet had urine all over. They switched the water off. Completely disgustin - At first glance it looked good The place is hard to find. I had to call them. They know that their area is bad to find but you'd think they'd be in communication upon seeing the booking confirmation, ridiculous. There were stains on the bed. The toilet had urine all over it and that time it's a white toilet seat and the urine yellow so it'll obviously show. They switched the water off and asked us what we were doing with water. We literally left without showering. How disgusting. Why am I begging for an essential need??? I paid full price for bad service and be put in a filthy room with no water. The wifi was trash they dont even give you password.

• Sifiso (1/5): Got to the location and there was no one to open - Got to the location and there was no one to open and I was left stranded and had to find another place while I've already paid
• Lerato (1/5): Bad - I didn't like anything. The rooms are small, furniture is beautiful but all squeezed together. We booked for 3 nights and were very disappointed with the reception, the staff is not trained to handle guests, the location and the amount charged, totally insane. We couldn't make it on the days that we had booked for and attempted to call the guesthouse to reschedule since they didn't offer refund, unfortunately and not surprising, the line didn't go through. We want so bad to support local businesses, this was such a discouragement

• Sarah (4/5): Disappointing - Emmanuel was very friendly Our stay was for two nights. The room was a little bit dirty when we arrived on Thursday, they did not clean our room when we left on Friday morning.. We came back to a dirty room in the evening.

• Maubane (1/5): Bad - Nothing because we didn't sleep there and we still didn't get our refunds The information that is on booking.com is outdated The address sent us to Garankuwa and the place is in Hibrone plus the address says this place is in Soshanguve we drove around like crazy people Uber cost us 500 plus and phone numbers do not work...I feel like you guys need to inspect the places that register with you because this was an awful night I have Uber receipts to show that we did not sleep at that place...We want our money back.
• Yuan (1/5): BROTHEL MASQUERADED AS PEACEFUL ACCOMMODATION - The shower and security. In hindsight, running a brothel business in the background or misleading your customers is criminal. The noise, no peace, no sleep.
