• Maurizio (9/5): Bellissimo appartamento in centro ad Arad - L'appartamento è arredato splendidamente, ed è molto pulito. I letti sono comodissimi, e la doccia è magnifica! L'appartamento si trova a due passi dal centro, ma nella via accanto il parcheggio è gratuito. Purtroppo a volte i tram che passano in strada fanno un po' di rumore

• Franz (8/5): Preis-Leistung super, sonst ok. - Gute Lage, gute Aufteilung, einfache und problemlose Abwicklung. Im Hauseingang stehen (stinkende) Mülltonnen, die Wohnung ist lieblos gepflegt (in den Ecken nicht fertig gestrichen, teilweise Schimmel, …)

Scaunele încă cu firmituri , frigiderul murdar și un miros urat , mizerie pe jos , in baie era spuma pe dulapul de sub chiuveta , dușul încă cu săpun pe robinet , degete peste tot , pe noptiera din ultimul dormitor aveam și o bucățică rupta de șervețel … Apartamentul arată super , dar ar trebui mai multă atenție la curățenia din el !

I recommend the Appartment 100% and for family with kids was big enough. We didn't like the sound of tram 🚊 that sounded so loud 🔊.

• Irina (8/5): Ok for a short visit. - The apartment is situated near the center of the city. Have good equiped kitchen, wide TV and AC available. Large bedrooms. Parking area on the main street, next to the tram or on a close small street. Can not be booked as on the street, of course. The bathroom needs to be cleaned up and also to bite the dust before guests arrive ;)

• Edward (9/5): I reccommend for a few days if you do not have sleeping noise problems. - Good place to stay for a few days, just like the pictures. The noise in evening and in the morning from the trams passing by just in front of the building.

It is very close to the tram and both of the bedrooms are oriented to the tram. The noise can be disturbing for the sleep. Parking is on the street, for us was a little difficult to find a spot, maybe due to Christmas market

• Roman (10/5): Everything was perfect. - Even though we booked the room at 23:30 and arrived at 01:00 at night, the host was waiting for us to show us the room and give us the keys. I was impressed by everything: renovation, furniture, a full set of dishes and appliances and of course fragrant coffee from the coffee machine in the morning. The location is the city center. Apartment in an old building with high ceilings. And the size and filling of the apartment exceeded our expectations.

Owner had pretty much trust in the guests and very supportive over phone. Trams are pretty closer and there may be sesizabile noise when they pass by on main street. Parking you need to find one from the public street (initially I thought there is private car parking ...). Intermitent hot water at shower ...
