Martin (3/5): Uncomfortable bed and noisy roosters. - Close to the city center and the staff on site was nice. Bed uncomfortable and to short. Roosters in front of the window being noisy. Room was tiny for the price.
Suying (6/5): Nice stay in Puerto Varas… but bring towel and cash :/ - 15 mins walk to downtown. Owner was helpful in allowing slightly earlier check-in. Comfortable bed. Towels were not provided - I find this unusual for a private room at a homestay at this price point - but could be rented for a cheeky CLP4,000. It should have at least been mentioned in the description. Keys didn’t work and I was locked in. Can only pay in cash. Shower water heats up very hot then cold; you gotta keep turning off and repeat and adjusting the temperature as you go along.
