Radim (7/5): Good - The landlord was very communicative and helpful !! Good location - the beach and the city was reachable by foot. The house is not separated from the other appartments. - it has one - common garden. The terrace faces partly the street and partly the neighboring appartments. Your privacy is quite limited. The night garden watering is quite noisy, especially in the bedroom. The dishwasher was missing - we got the compensation.
