• LILI (7/5): Could be better - The room is big enough and clean. The position is perfect. The heating is not working properly at night. After the first repair, it was not working again and even hot water is not enough. Luckily be solved the next day.

• Robert (10/5): Comfortable stay in an excellent location. - Excellent location. Avocet felt spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Storage is good. This was our second stay at Avocet and we were equally impressed as when we first stayed. Nothing to report.

• Louise (10/5): - Avocet is a stylish apartment in the perfect location, everything was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely weekend break and would certainty recommend a stay there.
• Bev R (8/5): A fantastic short break. - The apartment was excellent and in a great location. You could walk to the High Street where there are lots of cafes and pubs to choose from. The apartment was great, so well appointed. The only little things that could made our stay even better were a comfier sofa and some softer pillows.
• Liesl (9/5): This was a lovely flat that we enjoyed staying in for 4 nights! Thank you! - Great location! The flat was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything you could need. A thoughtful welcome pack with some treats was provided, and the fresh milk was a lovely bonus. There was also coffee, tea, and sugar available. The bathroom and bedroom were beautiful and spacious. Just a suggestion: I would’ve appreciated a rack or shelf in the shower to hold shampoo and soap. For women, a small dressing table in the bedroom would also be a great addition for doing hair and makeup.
• Jillian (9/5): Great apartment in central Lymington. - Great location, a short walk from the High Street. Very good quality accommodation, well equipped with thoughtful touches. The flat is ground floor, on the street, so it could be a bit noisy at times.

Will definitely be back 👍 - The property was excellent it was very clean spacious and had everything you needed and more for a very comfortable stay. The only thing if I had to pick fault was with the shower the doors didn’t shut properly so you had to be careful of the water leaking onto the floor and it could do with a shelf inside to put shampoo ect . Otherwise nothing negative at all. Oh maybe leave a own to write in the comments book I would have fine but unfortunately didn’t have one 😊

• Janet (8/5): Lovely apartment near the centre of Lymington. - The location was ideal for the High Street with its many shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. It was also not far from the marinas and walks around the marshes. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in it.

• Sadie (9/5): Superb - The property was perfect for a couple of nights away. Really clean and comfortable plus it’s in a great location, close to the town and shops. Super handy to have the car parking clock which can be used in various locations.

Everything very accessible and the property had everything we needed Coffee machine didn’t have cups to fit its use and it would have been nice to have some shower gel/ shampoo and maybe a throw on the settee for the winter nights
