• Elisa (4/5): Ich würde nicht nochmal buchen. - Die Lage ist super und die Unterkunft preiswert. Außerdem waren 4 der 5 Betten bequem. Es gab Schimmel im Bad, der sowohl sichtbar, als auch riechbar war. Es gab nur 3 Stühle, zwei Teller und kein Messer. Bei unserer Ankunft lag ein benutztes Handtuch am Boden des Badezimmers und die Betten waren sichtbar dreckig. Zudem wurde das Klopapier nie nachgefüllt und das Lattenrost eines er fünf Betten war gebrochen.

Каждый раз ходить к администраторам за феном не очень у - Мы приехали с целью отдыха и на этом же отдыхе я стала невестой, мне сделали предложение. Очень довольная поездкой и отелем. Всё чисто, красиво, минималистично, ничего лишнего. Интернет, стаканы, блюдца, полотенца. Все чистое и целое. Понравился телевизор в котором было как и обычное тв, так и скаченные фильмы и ютюб. В душе было мыло, бумага, гель для душа. Очень вежливые и добрые администраторы. Девушка администратор всегда улыбчивая, такая милая. На втором этаже картины, столовая с орнаментами на стене, прям почувствовали атмосферу другой очень гостеприимной страны. С удовольствием заселимся в этот же отель в следующем году) Шум от других постояльцев.
• Bruno (9/5): Hôtel MURAS, une étape intéressante - L'accueil, la disponibilité et l'empathie d'Ainazik qui nous a accompagnés, aussi bien dans les conseils pour les sites à visiter aux environs de Bokonbayevo et réservation des taxis. Toujours souriante et à l'écoute, elle a grandement facilité notre séjour, un grand merci à elle.

• Cato (7/5): Prima verblijf en lekker ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. - Hotel ligt vlak aan een feestzaal. Wij hadden 2 avonden na elkaar muziek, maar deze was rond 21u-22u gedaan, dus voor ons niet erg storend. Nadien was het volledig stil.

• Laura (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Personale estremamente gentile: la ragazza ci ha coinvolti facendoci vedere il matrimonio che si stava svolgendo nella sala principale dell'hotel (e ha chiesto ai camerieri di farci assaggiare il cibo, ci ha quindi offerto la cena!). La struttura ha anche un parcheggio interno. Ottima la colazione! La seconda mattina non c'era l'acqua in bagno... siamo usciti molto presto, non sappiamo se fosse un problema della struttura o se fosse indipendente da loro
• Narina (8/5): Great value and very clean! - Good sized room with an ensuite makes this place great value for money! Staff are lovely and it's very comfortable. There is access to a fridge. No kitchen, only a kettle and not the best location (but it's a small town so not a massive problem).

• Fouad (9/5): Great experience - The place was clean and the hotel has a wedding hall as well. I was fortunate to watch a wedding from the dressing room as the owner's daughter allowed me access. There is a separate dining hall as well. The shops are like 5 mins drive. I really liked the hospitality and wish to visit again. As there was a wedding for both days of my stay so there were too many people and too much noise.

• Troy (6/5): If you’re looking for a cheap stay as a stopover on your way through the area, this is a good option. - Friendly staff and very affordable. The toilet was leaking in our first room but we were given a free room change. The laundry organised by the hotel was returned with some items still wet/damp and not very well cleaned.

• Joana (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast has different options that you can choose from. The kindness of the staff members and their willingness to help. The toilet was full of mold. Needs to be cleaned and have the air extraction working again. Some of the facilities are not well organised such like the dinning room where things are spread around.

• Df17 (7/5): Comfortable stay in simple but clean and comfortable hotel - Room in a hotel in front of restaurant. Staff was not on premises but came over when I phoned. Room smelled strongly of air freshener. Basic but clean and comfortable. Located a bit further from the city center than I anticipated (my fault entirely). Distance from city center, it's a bit of a walk to the town center.
• Ibrahim (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing It was absolutely filthy, from the bathroom to the mattress to basically everything in the room. It clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was so disgusting it’s basically a biohazard at this point, not safe to stay in at all. Avoid at all costs! Additionally, the building directly next door had a whole loud party going on all night long, it was so loud it made it impossible to sleep. Absolutely terrible!
• Alvaro (5/5): . - Staff was kind and helpful and they were beyond their possibilities to ammend the disastrous night we had. Hotel was nice. There was a party with noise, people running and screaming at the corridors. They tried to enter our room a bunch of times (hopefully by mistake). Guests behaviour was unbereable. Second floor was suposedly to have a coffee in the morning, but we found the table full of alcohol bottles, garbage and a total mess. This is not fault of the hotel, but they have to control what is going on as it is their responsability with the other guests and no one did anything despiste having cameras. In the morning, staff took account of the situation and they helped us in everything. Hopefully these events were an exception.
• Roving (10/5): Very clean and newly renovated accommodation - Our large room was exceptional . Flooded with light from 2 large windows, a sofa and table with a very comfortable bed + a large television. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was functional. We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay in this very large and comfortable room . Our only complaint was NO reception . It made it a bit of a chore to communicate if we needed anything.
• Christine (7/5): Good - We choose a smaller room that was down stairs because it was cooler than the much larger room upstairs. Unfortunately there was a 'hens party' in the building next door and right outside our window. Very noisy, then all the partygoers came across to the hostel about 1 in the morning and crashed and banged about the place. Great breakfast. Helpful staff if a little card to find/ contact. They provided additional storage for us to keep our bikes in.

• Valerie (8/5): Very good - The room was very clean and comfortable! There was hot water. The view was nice and the place was easy to reach! It was pretty cold inside the hotel and when we arrived there was nobody there just a note that we should call a number. Since we don't have a SIM Card from Kyrgyzstan and didn't have the WiFi code yet, we couldn't do that and it took quite a while until somebody showed up!
• Blezie (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very spacious and very comfortable. We had 2 big beds in the room which we really liked. It can get colder at night so make sure you pack your jackets. It was easy to find so no need to worry about the location. Wifi is super slow (needed it for work so it was a plus if it was fast) Overall great place!
• Peter (8/5): Very good - Was given a choice of rooms on arrival and chose a very large cool room on the ground floor. It even had an automatic washing machine in the bathroom which was very useful for washing clothes after days of travelling. Almaz, the receptionist, spoke very good English and was very helpful giving his WhatsApp number in case I needed anything. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Bokonbaeva. Breakfast not available (only in summer season apparently)

• Frazer (8/5): Good comfortable room in a modern motel. - Large room with excellent en suite and good wi-fi connectivity in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a portable heater which is good for the chilly nights. The bed was king sized and comfortable. The room was spotless with working kettle and toiletries and plenty of storage. Car parking is extensive. The nearest eating places (and there are not many) are a ten minute walk away in the town centre but there are two excellent supermarkets on the road out towards Bishkek for getting provisions for day's hiking etc.
