• Erik (9/5): Comfortable property in charming, convenient location. - Comfortable property in charming location next door to Colwick Country Park. Free parking just outside. Friendly, co-operative host. Clean and up to date. No dislikes. Would be useful to have been left some tourist information and printed instructions as to how to operate the facilities. Bathrooms (2!) need towel rails.
• Teodora (6/5): So, so... - The surrounding and views of the property were beautiful; ample space to park your car; overall pleasantly decorated interior. The shower drain in the en-suite was blocked, meaning you ended up standing in dirty water while showering. Afterwards, the entire bathroom would flood and never dry out. There was a jar of Nescafé in the kitchen, but when we tried to make coffee in the morning, it got all lumpy and we found it was out of date. As our stay coincided with the clocks going forward, we requested a slightly later check-out, as it seemed reasonable under the circumstances. However, the host didn’t respond to our message until three and a half hours after we had checked-out, I tried both personal text and the Booking messenger. The price on Booking for the same property is £60 cheaper to what is advertised on AirBnb.

• Alison (10/5): Weekend away - Very good location to National Watersports centre (15 minute drive as cannot get across the river) Also next to Colwick Country Park lovely for a walk. Apartment very comfortable and clean with all facilities in the kitchen. Surrounding area very quiet and peaceful too. Nothing we didn't like.

• Marina (9/5): Would definitely recommend. - Lovely place and very clean. Perfect for what we needed. Lovely kitchen area. No outside seating but only there for 1 night so wasn't an issue.

• Wendy (7/5): Pleasent accommodation and very nice owners. - Great location for dog walks and West Bridgeford. Very clean and modern. Parking space. Good communication from the owner. There was no outside space to sit/ table chairs and the path linked to the owners garden so no true privacy. (We had dogs). There were no blinds to the kitchen/living room which gets full sun in the afternoon so the property became very hot. No aircon. Had to open the front door and put chair to block the dogs getting out due to connected garden. We were given a fan which did help a little. It was particularly hot during our stay. No place to hang wet towels. No coat hooks.

• Conlong-griffiths (9/5): Well presented accommodation and right next to Colwick Country Park - it was right next to the Colwick Country Park I would have liked to have seen a welcome pack - with local information and how to use the facilities in the house. like the heating and the TV. I think there is an assumption these days that everyone is tech savvy,
• Katie (9/5): A clean and spacious apartment located next to Colwick Country Park. - Clean and spacious. Great location next to Colwick Country Park. Drainage in the en suite shower was a bit slow.
• David (3/5): Smelly and non responsive hosts - Looked nice The whole property smelled as if it had been used as a place for cooking takeaways. Really smelled of Asian cooking and lived in. I asked for specific items to be included in the property, such as an iron and an ironing board. Was told by the property owners that these would be available yet they weren't, and when I asked on my arrival why they werent there and if i could have these items as a matter of urgency it took 2 days to receive a reply and I was already home by then.
