• Tatiana (9/5): - Близость к авто и ЖД вокзалам, торговый комплекс рядом, остановки общественного транспорта рядом, интернет хороший, квартира в целом отличная Инструкцию по заселению все таки желательно иметь заранее и как доехать, найти дом целый квест, хозяин конечно писал, но надо иметь интернет, стоимость на мой взгляд завышена, уборка так себе, волосы на полу практически везде встречаются, не очень приятно

• Nataša (10/5): - Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, na svega par minuta od tržnog centra Delta city. Sve je kao na slikama, opremljeno, sređeno i što je najvažnije zaista čisto! Rado ćemo se vratiti ponovo!

• Michael (10/5): Einfach perfekt - Preis-Leistung unschlagbar. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine usw. Die Unterkunft war sauber und angenehm warm. Die Lage war für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt. Cafe und Snackbars, Bäcker, Geldautomat, Einkaufscenter, einfach alles in 1min entfernt. Top Personal Sehr empfehlenswert Ich würde diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen 👍🏼

• Céline (9/5): - Appartement très bien placé - proche des gares et du tram pour se rendre dans le centre ville. Merci pour l accueil . Notre bus etait en retard et nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire à 00h30 ( plus de 2h de retard)
• Julia (7/5): Nice place - Very good conditions for the price. Everything works and from balcony there's nice view and a look at belgrad's night life. Lift with music is my personal favourite. It was complicated to turn on some devices - for example washing machine needed turned on earlier socket.

I got confused and felt that I was taken advantage because here on my app, I should only pay the property of €50 including city tax but I was asked to pay €60 converted in local currency.

• Taisya (10/5): Nice, clean, good location - Nice place , clean and comfy appartment. Not extremely spacious, but it served the purpose and made a great place to rest after a busy day in the city. Good location - about 10 minutes drive from the airport, a modern neighbourhood with everything that you may need in a walking distance from the property.

• Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very helpful, he was very prompt when bringing the keys and he offered all the necessary information about the property and the surroundings. The flat was clean and well equipped. An important plus is the underground parking place. The only improvement I could recomnend is to have some drapes or blinds în the bedroom.

• Nicko_p (10/5): A very nice place to stay - Very good location, with lots of shops and a big shopping center nearby. The Belgrade Arena is within 15-20 minutes walk. The host was very helpful with all kind of information. The appatment has everything one needs, including a parking place. We did not find anything that needs to be improved during our stay.

Stark Arena is a 15-minute walk away, there is a mall and grocery stores a 2-minute walk from the apartment, the center is a 5-minute drive away. The apartment is ideal for 4 person, it is furnished with everything you need. There are restaurants near the apartment. Free underground parking is provided. I strongly recommend.
