• Sonal (1/5): Don't trust the property managers and don't book! - I had liked the pictures and location of the property. I booked the property on 16th Jan for checking in on 24th Jan. I promptly got a call to pay up. Which I did immediately. I was assured of a comfortable and safe stay. I requested a delayed checkout... 4 extra hours... initially, they agreed for half the payment. After a couple of days, I got a call saying to keep that r hrs booking on... pay up the cast of full day. I did even that as I was sure of the services. On 24th Jan, 2 hrs before check-in time, I got a message... Hi ma'am, good afternoon. I'm afraid I have bad news that the apartment has ac issues. The maid just identified it, and it won't be fixed until tomorrow evening. Kindly share your account details with me so I can have my accountant send you the refund. I was at Hyderabad Airport at that time reaching Mumbai... and now I had no place to go to. I managed to book something else in a jiffy... The worst part is yet to come. I tried calling, messaging to follow up with payments. No calls were picked, no messages were answered, and no calls were returned. NEITHER the money is refunded. They had taken 21,000/- Today after a week No money is received, and finally, I have been told about the unavailability of their accountant, so until coming Thursday, nothing can be done. Too bad. Looks crafty. Please be careful, don't book with them. I am a regular traveler for work and trust booking.com for my stays. I am thoroughly disappointed with the unprofessional approach.
