• Emeline (8/5): Malgré ces tout petits point négatif, c’était un très bon séjour et je recommande ce Airbnb pour quelques nuit. - L’appartement est très bien placé dans un beau quartier au milieu de tout. Nous n’avons pas trop de marche pour atteindre le centre de Venise. L’appartement est joli avec toutes les commodités. La propreté laisse à désirer, il fait très humide dans cet appartement le fait que la chambre soit directement sur la porte d’entrée. Il y a beaucoup de bruit quand les gens passe dans la rue et le voisin à l’étage, fait énormément de bruit.

• Ans (1/5): Een verschrikkelijke ervaring die ons veel geld gekost heeft!! - De locatie was het enige pluspunt. Alles binnen de accommodatie. Dit verblijf is een regelrechte ramp! Bij het betreden van het logies werd door de penetrante schimmelgeur instant duidelijk dat er een vochtprobleem is in het huis. Op Booking.com ziet het appartement er mooi uit, maar het pand zit volledig, van de vloeren over de muren tot de balken in het plafond toe, onder de schimmel door vocht. Overal waren schimmelplekken te zien met ongedierte, wandluizen en spinnen, typisch voor vochtige ruimtes. De balken in het plafond zijn rot en de klopkevers erin zorgden voor viezigheid op alles eronder. De keukenkasten hadden een schimmelgeur en op de frigo stond o.a. een beschimmeld theedoosje. Blootvoets lopen was onmogelijk, zo vuil was de grond. Mijn partner liep rond op kousen, die hebben we moeten achterlaten in de vuilbak. Rond het bed, ook op het hoofdeinde, was schimmel te zien evenals vochtige, stoffige webben. We hebben een ander hotel gezocht in de buurt en Booking.com gecontacteerd. Het zorgde voor veel mentale stress tijdens onze vakantie. Helaas zijn we tot op heden onze centen kwijt, want omdat de eigenaar niet reageert, wil Booking.com niet tussenkomen. Ik snap niet hoe dit logies aan goede reviews komt. Loop niet in dezelfde val!!

• Natasha (2/5): FULL OF MOSQUITOES!!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO STAY - Small apartment. Full of mosquitoes. We did not sleep and there were so many that it was suffering. There is a HUGE HOLE under the entrance door so the mosquitoes can pass freely (((( Big delusion. Full of mosquitoes. Not very clean, full of dust under the bed. Not a good experience... To avoid!!!

• Pia1 (8/5): Nice place to stay - Location was nice. It was easy to explore Venice. The apartment looked the same as in pictures. WiFi was excellent. Soundproof was poor. You can hear everything from the street. Also the bed wasn't very comfortable.
• Evija (7/5): It was ok. - A nice location, historical interior. Cold, heating could not be switched on. Very noisy from the street.
• Marta_gig (9/5): A great place for a romantic weekend in Venice! - Everything was fantastic! The location is perfect for Venice. Far from the hustle and bustle of tourists but close enough to everything. At first it was cold in the apartment, but we quickly warmed up the place :) The mattress was sliding across the bed.
• Tim (8/5): Quiet apartment close to amenities - Spotlessly clean and appears to have been decorated fitted out recently. The bed was comfortable, kitchen equipment sufficient for me but basic for anyone intending to cook. The location was perfect for me, in a quiet street a short walk from the train station, close to the Alvise ferry stop, and with good bars and food shops just around the corner. The outside temperature was hovering around zero and I struggled to get the apartment warm. Heating is via the air conditioner switched to heating mode but it failed to warm the room even when set to maximum and 'super'. It's probably fine in milder weather and pleasantly cool in the summer months. I stayed for nine nights and would have appreciated an offer of clean towels and bedding part way through my stay. The host contacted me towards the end but it felt rather late by then. There was no toilet paper by I presume this was just an oversight.

• Eiva (9/5): Superb - Stylish and cute Best area No soap or shower gel. Would be nice to know about it before arriving You are supposed to take out your trash, but no instructions where to take it. We had to run around bridges with our luggage and trash to find where are the trash bins
• Jan (8/5): Nice small apartment - You enter the apartment directly from the street and have a lot of nice bars and restaurants nearby. A good place for a day or two. And you can walk to the train station in 10 or 15 minutes. Alilaguna(orange line) small boats stops at Guglie but be aware of long queues at the airport. Not the best place for a tall man because of low doors. But that is probably the same in all of Venice.
