- Juan (10/5): This is a hidden gem, if you are ever in San Pablo this is a must stat. Thanks to Ramon and Chris it made this trip even - Property is right on the lake, very easily to find. Rooms are very nicely appointed, clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable and room has everything you need. Ramon and Chris are extremely friendly and accommodating. Nothing. Everything was great.

- Chris (9/5): Loved it, will be going back again to enjoy the peaceful mornings and a great breakfast. - Breakfast and coffee included was great.owners were very helpful with information on the area and even provided us a ride and pick up from the mall. A little bit of noise but it did get quite around 10pm.
- Hendrik (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxed - Very comfortable room, clean, proper sanitary. The food was excellent and the hosts are superb. They provide lots of information about the area. They are even willing to give you a tour. Very friendly and their English is fluent.

I travel the world am a member of several million-miler airline loyalty programs and lifetime elite status with a few international hotel chains - I know a gem when I stay at one. Montecristo is an amazing property with an excellent view of Sampaloc Lake, is close to a number of churches and restaurants. Cheers to our gracious hosts, Mon and Cris for a most wonderful stay! If ever back in San Pablo, Montecristo is where I’m staying!

- Joel (9/5): Perfect for those who wants to stay right in Sampaloc lake. - Right on the river, perfect for those who wants to go for a jog around the lake. If you want to go to city center you'll need to get a tricycle. Not walking distance.
